Very professional, arrived when stated, assessed the issue to figure out why unit kept turning itself and thermostat off, explained the cause and what it would take to rectify the issue. Took care of everything within an hour and stayed a few more minutes to ensure unit was cooling the house. Highly recommend their services are excellent and their prices are truly Affordable!

The Affordable service person was on time. After checking out the unit, he showed me the defective capacitor and damaged wire. He replaced the part and repaired the wire then he checked all the other components and the freon to be sure all was ok. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. Service: AC repair

Apparently not interested in new business. We have not used them before. We asked for a quote for a new package air and heat unit and were giving a date one week out -- a while to wait just for an estimate. Just before the tech should have arrived, our appointment was bumped out another week. If a company can't even make a good initial impression in order to make a sale, then what are they going to do when "they've got you" and you really need service for your unit.
