Our AC system was working fine...we call them for a summer tune-up, the tech checked it out and said everything was fine, ($200) after he left the AC would not cool past 79 !! We got them back out a couple of days later and the same tech said we were low on freeon. He put some in (another $90) and then told us a valve was not working, which wouldn't allow the unit to cool! BUT the inspection was fine!!!
Now he saying we need a new unit because that valve can't be fixed! And our unit freezes up and shuts down! I'm out almost $300 and a unit that was fine now needs replacing!!!

Unreliable. All I wanted was service-thats the last thing on their minds. Happy to take service money-just no service. Now DuBose HVAC calls me to say Air One is closed and he will take care of me but he didn't show either. Remember when business had character and honesty? Now they just say the words but nothing to back it up.
