I called because my 21 year old unit was not cooling and Bryan came out as scheduled for the repair. Unfortunately he had to wait for me to get home to tell me the bad news. The unit had to be replaced. Truly this was kind of expected and he had already prepared a quote for replacement. I also had purchased the maintenance agreement for the year. I had them install as soon as possible since my wife is home. Casey and Raymond came as scheduled and did the removal and install on time.
They were very aware of keeping the house clean as well as the yard. Very nice and very efficient with their time. I really do appreciate the time each of the staff took to make sure my house stayed as cool as possible and completed the install.

Airmasters has always been very personable yet professional when I've dealt with them. Even in an emergent situation, they have always been on spot to Get the system up and running properly! And the technicians are the best! As well as Tony in the office. I don't know what I would do without her! She makes every problem "stressless" and is always there to help!

I have been a satisfied Airmasters client for years. Never a complaint. All technicians over the years have been very good at what they do. Bryan, the technician who came today is absolutely the best of the best. While it had been years since his last service here, he remembered the particulars of the unit. I have called the company to request he be sent to us for every future visit.

Just don't. They've been refilling my refrigerant every year in my mini split, never concerned about why it might be low. It stopped cooling again, unfortunately they were the only company that could get someone out quickly. A tech came out and said the refrigerant was not low and I needed a new compressor. I had a second opinion given my experience with them in the past, the compressor is actually fine, refrigerant is, in fact, low.
The leak in the evaporator was found in 30 seconds by the other company, but now it is out of warranty since Airmasters never bothered to check for leaks in the 5 years they've been replacing the refrigerant. AND they say a year ago I didn't pay my bill and are asking for the money (again). I had to spend 30 minutes of my life going through credit card statements in order to find where I actually did pay! Mistakes are part of life, but the combination of subpar service (though timely) and aggressive (one might say offensive) customer service is hard to overlook. There are plenty of other HVAC companies, use them.

I called them to repair & service my Generac generator. They would've come the next day but it was storming so they came the following morning. He was here when he said he would be & got the job done! I was very pleased with the service & would definitely use them again. Only downside was I live an hour away & they charged me from the time they left their office & back.

This business is great. They're local and respond immediately. They have on call for off hours. They're usually early for appointments. They're in constant contact to allow me to get to the house. They've all been professional. I've never had a negative experience with this team. And they showed up in the middle of a holiday weekend to install a new HVAC system on one of the hottest days ever.
It may not have been the hottest day ever, but when your ac goes out in AR. it's the hottest day ever. They never once complained or made any remarks. They helped me stay calm. They helped finance the entire thing and it was all super easy. Since then, they call me to remind me about inspections and take all the pressure off me. I love this team. Never had any issue with any of the people that come out.

Very helpful from even my first call where it was suggested a couple tips that could fix my issue which it did! I could have easily cancelled my appointment but felt it was important for someone professional to come look at and clean/inspect our unit. Maintenance contract is a great deal too and provided some peace of mind.

The technician was both friendly and professional. He asked me if we have been having any issues with our system and then performed the winter service on the furnace and also replaced the filter. He wore a mask and kept his distance the entire time. He also managed to keep from disturbing our dogs - no small miracle, trust me - during the appointment which was very helpful because my wife was on a conference call. We are very satisfied using Airmasters for our heating and air conditioning needs and recommend them to anyone.

Tech came out 3 weeks ago because we weren't getting cool air from our vents. He cleaned the outside unit condenser-needed- and went in the attic and said we needed new ductwork. We have been here fore 2 years and never had a problem. 2 days the ago, the same thing. Warm air from vents, called them again since we had spent over $400. on the previous cleaning.
Different tech this time. said coil was froze up and we needed a expansion vale that would be $750.00 just for valve but he couldn't do it til it thawed. Turned the air off and was cool to about 75 degrees. They never checked freon. We called Universal hvac and they came out the same day, added freon and took a lot of readings and from different tests. it turns out the valve would cost a few hundred IF that had been the issue but the problem was the built in humidifier. Was on 30 which is in no way high enough for our damp climate in Ar.
They put it on 50 and now it is so cold in here we are chilling. Also, the blower blows harder at times, more so than ever and the unit is off more than on. It was staying on most of the day because it was working too hard due to excess humidity. Now, after service by Universal, it pulls out more moisture, the air feels colder, the unit runs much less. Problem solved. Will never use nor recommend Airmasters. Also, the 2nd tech billed us $80.00 after telling us the coil froze and doing nothing. No freon check.

Logan, the service tech who serviced my home's heating and air system, was exemplary in every way! Knowledgeable, intelligent and friendly, he did a great job and if he is representative of the entire company, I can't understand some of the negative reviews Airmasters has received. But then, I can. Bad experiences stick with folks longer than good ones. Unfortunately, people will be more motivated to speak out and carry a grudge over a bad experience than a positive one.
Take the bad reviews with s grain of salt. Before committing to costly repairs and installs, ALWAYS get second and third opinions. Tracy, the receptionist who I first spoke with to set up and schedule the service, was also very pleasant and competent. Great job so far!

Not happy at all with this Company. Installed a new hvac this summer (2018). System cooled so so. November came and unit would not keep heat in the house Thermostat would only get to 67-68. After 2 visits from a young tech who was very arrogant ( forgot his name but kid from Cabot). We asked for someone else After a rude conversation with him. After 2 more techs and a week later they stated unit they sold was rated for Florida weather and parts would need to be ordered. Parts came, manager said he would send a couple guys out to rewrap ducts were it looked a little spotty for our trouble(Cool).
Unit finally repaired almost 3 weeks later and part arrival. We go out under house ( locked door) today to get mower, blower, and weed eater because of nice weather (finalize leaf pickup) notice bolts from lawn mower handle have been removed, guard from leaf eater has bolts missing and taken off. Now the only other people that were under the house (last 2 months) besides me and my 20 yr old son were several airmaster techs who were already irritated because they weren't smart enough to fix a problem that shouldn't have been caused in the first place.
It took me and my son about 30 seconds to see the childish B.S your guys did and know who did it. But don't worry I went to Lowe's and replaced the Bolts, " VERY STUPID"! Only a silly a$$ man would think to get back at someone is to remove screws hoping the crap wasn't noticed til Spring. Don't worry I'll be sure to post my Video on FB with pics about your " company".

Airmasters have rescued my elderly parents on two occasions - installing a completely new air conditioning unit for my mother and repairing a unit and installing a wonderful new thermostat for my father. On all occasions their staff was very knowledgeable and professional, with wonderful manners, care, and attention. Lester came out today and spent over an hour, double checking everything to make sure that my father had a cool house in this July heat. Thank you, Airmasters!

I was pleased when Airmasters responded the same day I called after a lightening strike the evening before. The company has done all of our HVAC work on both of our houses for as long as I can remember. We have always had a maintenance agreement on the properties. Kevin was delightful and efficient and very quickly identified the problem as a burned out run capacitor.
I was shocked when told that the part, even after the maintenance contract discount would be $110. I paid my $200+ bill. Since the part info was on the invoice I checked the cost of the 7.5 run capacitor 370 volt air conditioner replacement part on Amazon. I was shocked that the part cost, at retail, $8.99 plus shipping! Total cost of under $20 and I was charged over $110! before tax, In fact the tax on the capacitor from Airmasters was more than the total cost of the part on Amazon. This kind of greed will push me to another company after all these years.

The service man was very nice. I have a real problem with a company charging $200 for a thermostat that cost $36.00 at Home Depot. Allegedly 100 for thermostat and 100 to install.given the service call is $82 per hour.thermostat took maybe 10 minutes to install.ended up writing a $300 plus check.to be told system needs to be replaced cause company went out of business 20 years ago.
If they gouge for a thermostat hate to think what a new system would cost.oh parts are available on line.even though they claimed they were nonexistent. I understand company's need to make money but greed is something different and speaks to the character of the company.don't let the nice guy fool you

My first experience with this company was just fine. I had purchased a Groupon to have maintenance done on my AC, hoping it would head off any possible breakdowns this summer. The technician was courteous enough, taking care to cover his muddy boots before entering my home, and gave my system a clean bill of health. One thing I thought was odd was that he insisted on going into my upstairs sun room, though it didn't seem like it was necessary for him to complete the job; he just seemed curious about it.
Maybe I'm wrong about that, but he didn't seem to do anything but look around. Two weeks later, which was this last Friday, my AC pooped out overnight. I woke up Saturday, sweating and miserable, and called Air Masters as we have history. I called a little after 6am, hoping to get someone out to look at the unit ASAP. I was told that I'd receive a call.
A little after 8am, I received a call from a technician and was told I could be put "on the list." He warned me that it would be more expensive as it was the weekend, but I told him I just need it fixed ASAP as I have plans to leave town as early as possible. So I sit and sweat in my house as the temperature rises to 94° INSIDE and I wait. I had no delusions that someone would be there right away, but by 5pm, I began to worry that they had forgotten me, so I called back.
I spoke to the same gentleman from earlier and was assured that he already "had a guy" a few minutes away and that he would be at my house shortly. I gave up, sweaty and miserable, at 9pm, hoping that I would be less miserable asleep than awake. No one called to say, "Sorry we lied to you yesterday, but someone is heading over right now!" by 9am today, so I called a competitor, Advantage.
They had a technician out by noon and I'm currently sitting, no longer in a pool of sweat, in my home comfortably. Advantage told me the same thing Air Masters did - it's very hot, so there's a high demand for technicians, but we'll get to you today. The all-important difference being Advantage delivered while Air Masters did not.
Maybe I wouldn't have had to cancel my trip if I had been able to call someone else and get this taken care of instead of waiting around all day on someone who was never going to show. I will never use this company again.

Used them for years. Finally had to replace a cheap hvac system installed when the home was built (only about seven years old). About six months after the install I went up in the attic to get Christmas "stuff" to find the ductwork had loose tape drooping everywhere. Called and they came out and fixed it. Other than that havent seen them for routine maintenace since then (almost two years ago).
I called to find out about this and was told 'you didn't have a maintenace agreement once we installed the new system. REALLY?! Are you kidding me? I've been a loyal customer for years, just spent $$$$$ with your company and suddenly I don't want a maintenace contract? The lady said I will gladly set you up. Well HELLO. I was almost FLOORED when she told me what my first payment would be. I*'m sorry but seems a pretty crappy way to do business.

I am happy to report that Airmasters finally came through and paid to have my stain repaired on my home. It did take some time and after posting this YELP message it did to SPARK some attention. Airmasters informed me my air unit was going out, after having 3 other companies look at it they saw no problems - be very careful of this company! Thanks Airmaster

Airmasters Heating & Air Conditioning is very professional. They installed my A/C and Furnace and we have been more than pleased. They are very helpfull and informative when their maintenance professionals come by for my semi-annual maintenance. They always call to remind us that we have maintenance coming up for season changes which is extremely helpful to us.
The technicians arrive on time and are friendly. We are so pleased we chose Airmasters for our units. We could not be any happier. Special shout out to this season's technician, Chris Slayton, for recommending and installing surge protector for our unit.

Chris at Airmasters was timely and very courteous. He was also informative regarding things to improve my HVAC system. He mentioned that I also need to get a carbon monoxide detector and to buy one that plugs into the wall as carbon monoxide is a heavier gas (I dd not know that). He wore booties so he did not dirty up my carpet. I have a maintenance contract with them and plan to renew it. They also installed my entire system a few years ago and it is running well. I will continue to use their services.

We have always had very good service and the men who have been to our house are always pleasant and very helpful!!! We had two technicians come to our house recently to do our maintenance check on the heating system. They explained what all they did and gave us a written list of all that they checked. I want to thank Alex Rosson and Jason Keathley for taking care of us.

Could not have asked for a better experience! From the initial phone call to the tech coming out during the appointed time. I had made a few calls to other companies prior and gotten the dreaded "no one available today" or " only after hours availability." Airmasters not only came out same day, they arrived early! Thank You Airmasters!
