I’ve worked for Lee’s air conditioning when there was a Lee there. Dave took over and him and Leslie are 2 of the most friendly, kind, and giving people, you will ever meet. My A/C just went out and I needed the whole system to be replaced and there wasn’t even a question of who I wanted to replace it. I’m amazed on how this company has grown since my time there.
They set the bar high in professionalism, promptness, and educating you on a decision that is the biggest investment to your home. Kudos to you, I’m proud to say how at one time I was part of this team.

I am so glad that we contacted Lee’s AC to take care of our home. Our technician Terry and his assistant Dante definitely exceeded our expectations. When asking questions Terry was very thorough and very knowledgeable. After getting quotes from other reparable companies in the area I’m so glad that we went with Lee’s for our new AC . They weren’t just significantly cheaper, but the work that they did was amazing and done in a timely manner.
We contacted them on a Friday and they were installing our new unit on the Monday and helped to hold us over throughout the weekend. I will recommend anyone to use Lee’s and Terry when it comes to taking care of their home and cooling or heating system.

Extremely pleased with the service. Very quick , punctual and knowledgeable . They told they would be here at 8 am, 7:55 they were knocking at my door. Changed my unit and left everything very clean . I’m highly impressed I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and continue to do business with y’all. I firmly believe in giving credit and praise to businesses and individuals when it's due. Lee's Air Conditioning in Lafayette, LA replaced my entire unit approx 8 years ago. Not only were their prices better than other quotes, the services that followed have been 6 stars on 5 star scale. I have the Nest thermostat and installed it myself with the assistance from a Lee's employee over phone that has never given me an issue in over a year, free of charge.
Fast forward to yesterday eve. Return from work 5:45ish pm and walked into house that was hotter on inside than temperature outside. The Nest displayed an E24 code which is code for no power getting to unit. As everyone knows, house calls past regular business hours gets to be steep and that is just to walk through threshold. Waited till 8 pm and Tech on call, Blaise Huval, finally calls to apologize for his previous after hours call taking longer than expected.
When I explained the issue to Blaise, this gentleman walked me through troubleshooting. Instead of spending what was surely going to cost $300+, my issue was fixed with a $6 can of compressed air and a spray pump of hot water. I'm not slamming any other service company, but there are businesses out there that certainly would've done the complete opposite and would've been happy to receive payment. Thank you Mr. Andre Mouton, Operations Manager, and to your tech Blaise again for providing honest and impeccable service. 100% committed client forever.
