Placed a call regarding my a/c not cooling on Thursday morning. The Tech showed up right after lunch, which was very quick considering it is the middle of summer! Knowledgeable professional tech diagnosed the outside unit compressor was not working. They were able to get a new unit and have it installed by the next afternoon. Very good workmanship and friendly Techs.

The service was A1, they came and replaced the AC unit, arrived on time and made sure everything was working properly before leaving, even vacuumed and cleaned up once the installation was completed, very satisfied Services: Installation, Install AC

Barry's Air Conditioning is the BEST! We use them to service the HVAC system in the house we bought. They are all such nice and professional people! In addition to regular maintenance we called once when our heat was not always turning on as it should. I called in the morning and they had a tech out the same day. The igniter was going out (due to the age of our HVAC) and they actually had the part in stock and fixed it for us ASAP.

I haven't done business with this company, but I don't think I ever will. My only interaction with any workers of this company is when one intentionally tried to hit me while I was driving and then continued to flip me off mutiple times until we finally parted ways. I wouldn't recommend doing business with anyone that hires and allows dangerous workers willing to hurt random cars around them and being extremely disrespectful. Don't know what kind of business you're running but I'd reconsider the technicians you're allowing on the road.

Needed a tech fast on a hot day. Barry's came and done the job. I payed for it dearly. They charged me $70 a pound to refill with Freon. Normal charge is $2.50 to $3.50 a pound for Freon. $218 to replace dryer. Way too much from another company that does the same work. I don't think I will be using them again. Don't recommend them.

Barry's AC is such a pleasure to work with! Great customer service and dependable employees! I live out-of-state, but own a condo in Lafayette. My tenants called me in a panic, saying the AC was leaking. I got the referral for Barry's AC from the Condo Association and immediately called.
