Dee's A/C is here to serve the Greater Austin area, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor, Georgetown, Taylor, and Liberty Hill. You can depend on Dee's A/C to solve your A/C issues. Combining skill, knowledge, years of experience along with continuing education, contributes to our ability to get to the root cause of your A/C problems. During each visit we also do a cursory check of the system and inform the customer of potential future repair issues.
Here the term "System Change Out" refers to the removal of the old HVAC system equipment (furnace, coil, thermostat and condenser) or (air handler, thermostat and condenser). Drain pan will be replaced and the platform associated with the system will be reworked as needed. Equipment selected by customer will then be installed, checked and operation verified.
We couldn't have been happier with Dee's work in replacing our A/C system. Both Dee and his assistants were very capable and did a meticulous job in completing the project. Dee did everything he said he would do and on budget, even though the project ended up being somewhat more complicated than expected.
It is recommended that your filters be changed every three months. However, households with pets should likely change filters more often, about every two months. Media filters should be changed every six to nine months. Changing filters regularly can help lead to cleaner air, and likely lower operating cost.

Dee has been doing our AC and heating for over 25 years. I am very appreciative of his professionalism, his ability to spot a problem, and how he can find the best option for resolving it. I would pick him for any Heating, Ventilation, or AC issue.
He has done everything for us from refilling the Freon in the unit that was here when we bought the property, to installing a completely new system, when the old one needed replacement, and done everything in between. When he needs more hands he brings someone, and when he can do it himself, he does that.

The owner Dee came and did the service himself. He is a professional who has 20+ years of experience in the HVAC. My unit was suffering issues from not cooling well enough and he was able to come out the same day I called and was on time. Dee investigated the issue for me, root caused the problem, and fixed the issue. He then made sure that his fixed worked by testing the system instead of assuming his fix worked and running to the next job. Also, he did not try to upsell me on services that I did not need nor did he try to price gouge me even though the Texas summer started. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Definitely would recommend him to anyone that asks me for a referral!

The airconditioning on my 2nd floor was not working. Mr. Dee responded to my call the same day and came over for repair the next day. He was very professional. He ruled out a few things step by step and identified that refrigerant had leaked out, which he filled. Also, cleaned the dirty coil at the outdoor cooling fan unit. He did a great job and was very reasonable with his charges too. Also prescribed the long term fix for this to not happen again
