Our first experience with this company came as a result of our failed air conditioning one hot July day. I called them and said we were new customers and even though they had many no a/c calls to handle they made it to us late in the morning that same day. They repaired our unit and have been servicing our equipment ever since. They do preventative maintenance and keep us apprised of any potential issues. The cost is comparable to other companies. The service personnel are knowledgeable and professional as well as neatly dressed and friendly.

Had a great experience with Josh from AC specialists. Josh was very helpful and explained the issue in detai took all safety precautions of mask and shoe covers. He promptly flushed out the AC drain pipes which was causing our compressor to shut off. Will definitely recommend Josh and the company to all friends! Service: A/C system repair

I recently had a home I was buying vandalized, and I wanted to make sure that all the major home systems were in good shape. There was a lot of damage to the ceiling where the person went into the attic, and the heater had been turned up to the max. I called Air Conditioning Specialists to come out and assess the damage and provide me a quote on repair work needed.
Even though they were booked for the day, they were able to squeeze me into one of their tech's schedules. Although I mainly had him come to check out the duct work in the attic, he made sure to check the entire system in case the person had caused other malicious damage. Even though there was some damage to the duct work where the person had crawled over it, the tech said it was still in OK shape and would work fine.
He also gave me a few tips about the air filters and to not turn on the HVAC while the drywall was being sanded, very handy things I didn't know but became super helpful later. Even though he could have told me to change out the duct work, because insurance would have covered it, he gave me an honest assessment. if I ever have any problems again or need to replace the HVAC which is getting on the older side, I would definitely call them again to do the work!

So glad to have heat today as temps plunged overnight. After an estimate from another company that seemed really high for blower motor replacement (and a strong suggestion that we should consider replacing the whole system) we called Air Conditioning Specialists on a friend's recommendation. Tech arrived at around 2 and we were back in heat for well under half what the other company was going to charge. Felt like we were dealt with very fairly.
