Absolutely no complaints about staff or workmanship. 8-9 years ago DRG installed a Lennox furnace for me and over that period I've spent in excess of $1,000 in repairs. Today was the 5th time I've come home to a cold house, a pressure switch failed for the second time. Ultimately it's my fault, I should have done my homework as Lennox does not have the reputation they once did. Cheap manufacturing to maximize profits.

I have used DRG for many years, probably close to 15 years. They have serviced my AC and furnaces also put in a new furnace at my old home near Harrisburg. All the guys have been professional and did a good job. I have recommended them to other people. Today Nate came to inspect my furnace and also put in a new filter. As usual this young man did a great job and with winter coming on I feel confident there will not be any problems.

We've used DRG multiple times over the last 10 years for residential HVAC and plumbing work (both installation and service). Their whole group is top notch and I trust whatever they advise. Recently we called about a plumbing issue. They advised it was likely an issue caused by the extreme cold that would resolve on its own. As usual they were correct. They could have easily used the opportunity to come to the house and bill us but instead showed they were looking out for our best interests. I can't recommend them enough.

We have used DRG many times for a wide variety of HVAC and plumbing projects. Projects have ranged from basic sink and furnace work to soft water machine and gas line installs to a pretty involved professional-level kitchen vent hood install. Every technician and office associate has been professional, knowledgeable, skilled, accurate and friendly. I would not hesitate to call on them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

We used DRG for plumbing and HVAC (geothermal) when we built our house.and they continue to do our service. They are the best. James services our geothermal units twice a year as a part of their routine service plan.and he couldn't be a nicer guy and more conscientious and competent. All of their team members are great guys. Whenever we've had an issue with something not working right, they are quick to take care of it. 5 star company.

We have a geothermal heating and cooling system for our house. DRG does an excellent job of maintaining it. James is our technician and he is knowledgeable, friendly and great at letting me know all that he is doing to keep the system working. When he came the first time our system was not working properly and he explained in depth what the problem was and fixed it in no time. When I have called DRG their staff has always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend DRG.

Cannot say enough about how great DRG is. Everyone that I've delt with there are wonderful. Always helpful and they do awesome work. I've had them servicing my furnace and AC for 3 years now and had them do many other jobs and they do an excellent job every time and are always friendly. Always very happy with whoever comes to the house. Absolutely no complaints. Great company.

DRG installed a Geo Thermal system in my home about 10 years ago and its been great, but better still, has been dealing with them for periodic check-ups and the rare service call - the office is responsive and works to meet my schedule, then the tech shows up on time, works quickly and efficiently, and gets the job done right the first time. Can't say enough good things about James, who has done the last few calls.
