I have been using AirPro for a few years now, and I haven't been more pleased and grateful for a company. the customer service is awesome! The best example is when they came out and fixed our air conditioner over the warning of Hurricane Florence! Steve Weatherford fixed our problem right away, you are our Hero. If only we had more businesses like AirPro: courteous, professional, reliable, punctual, and clean! Not to mention their first-rate customer service. A/C emergencies are no joke in this climate, and Mr Weatherford and his technicians always call back within a few minutes! They provide sound advice and are very knowledgeable! Our unit was old and gave up on a Friday afternoon, but by nightfall we had a new one installed and enjoyed a cool night! We highly recommend AirPro!

This was a ridiculous experience. I called early and basically explained what the problem was. They were going to have a tech call back, and after ten hours, finally he called back and told me that he wasn't going to make it and that I should call someone else. I waited around the house all day expecting a tech to drop by, and wasted the day.
