These folks are awesome! We have a PureAir system that requires additional steps to replace the filter and UV Bulb so some company's claim they are familiar with it but they either struggle figuring how to service it or even ask for pictures. Conditioned Aire knew exactly what we had and sent Tristan Flores out who not only installed the new filter and bulb but serviced the entire system. It's working awesome thanks to Conditioned Aire and Tristen. We highly recommend Conditioned Aire!

I've been a customer for over 25 years, at my present house, past house, and at another property. Per the prior 5-star review I was a satisfied customer. But I'm starting to see a trend I don't like. This maintenance call was the third in which the system was running fine prior to the call but not after. Same tech each time. Each time a switch on the controller board was left (put?) in the wrong position.

This caused the system to not operate correctly. All three times I diagnosed the problem by reading the manual for the controller and fixed myself. Why? The first time it happened I fixed it (out of necessity) before Conditioned Air could dispatch a crew. It was over a weekend. I spoke to Brett, who confirmed that the switch had been in the wrong position.

The second time it was the same switch so restoring proper functionality was easy. But why? This most recent maintenance call I discussed that with the tech and he seemed to have no idea how it could have happened. And guess what. the system was acting odd again. And, again, it was a weekend so I figured it out by myself. But this time it was another switch on the controller in the wrong position. WHY?

Once I recall in the past there was a sudden "controller failures" immediately after a maintenance call. I know low probability thing can potentially happen, but HMMMMM. I don't want to make accusations but there is something wrong with this situation. I will call Brett after this holiday weekend and not sure where the conversation will go. I'm suspicious that there is something rotten going on. and I'm not at all happy to be put in this situation.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I called for an estimate. A nice man came over and looked at my old system. Said he'd get back to me. Two weeks and several phone calls to the office got no response. Guess he didn't want to do the job. It was a lie. I'd be cautious about using this business.

Once again Brett saved the day! Last summer I met Brett when my A/c went out and I called a few other places that were trying to charge me thousands of dollars and said it would take days to repair, then Brett came out, identified the problem in under 5 minutes and 15 minutes later my air was back on and under $300. Well I noticed last week my ceiling was bubbling and I felt moisture so I shut my a/c off as I was leaving town, got back in today, called Brett, he came right out and poof, leak is fixed and again super economical! If you ever need a/c anything, this is your place! Thanks again Brett! Me and my pup will be sleeping like kings again.

We are SO happy we found Conditioned Aire! After a very bad experience with the company who installed our AC, our faith has been restored. Conditioned Aire came out to service our 3 year old Lennox AC and corrected a problem it's had since installation. Now are almost brand new AC is finally working perfectly. We're so happy we've purchased their twice-yearly maintenance plan and we look forward to continued good service from Conditioned Aire.

The workers would arrive at the scheduled time and were professional & pleasant to deal with, including explaining anything I questioned them about.t I recently moved out of state and hate to be leaving behind such an amazing company. i am hoping that I find a company that can provide the same service, but Conditioned Aire will be extremely hard to match!

I needed to replace my air conditioner unit. I have called several Lennox dealers in my area and I ended up choosing Conditioned Aire. Brett, the owner, gave me a reasonable price and is very knowledgeable. I am so pleased with their work. Jojo and his crew did an outstanding job. They were very professional and got the work done in a timely manner.

Even their office staff, Mylene, is very courteous and responsive. They also followed COVID protocols and left my house clean. I am so grateful that I chose this company. Their work is very impressive and I highly recommend them for your air conditioner needs.

After being stood up for confirmed appointments by two well known AC repair companies who advertise on TV constantly, I was driving up Laurel Canyon behind two Condition Aire trucks and figured what can I lose and called for an appointment. Was a great decision! Victor showed up right on time and after completing an inspection concluded the loud nose was due to multiple failures.

The AC condenser was beyond repair. With the significant replacement price I had many questions and Victor and his supervisor promptly answered all my concerns. I scheduled the installation as soon as possible since we are in record heatwaves right now but nothing was available earlier than a couple weeks away. Fortunately they called back a few days later with an opening and it couldn't have been better timed. The install went smoothly and now able to be cool and comfortable with the recent temperatures. 10/10 would recommend!

Our 20 yr old AC finally died, at the worst week when it's 103 degrees. I immediately called Conditioned Aire and they came the-same week, changed our entire unit and finished the job fast! ( I felt bad for the staff working in this heat with their mask and gloves, I truly appreciate you guys, thank you for keeping us safe too) The owner Brett came the following day and checked the AC.

Our AC is so quiet now. and yes, we can control the AC using our phones, Alexa and Echo! I love technology! Thank you Brett and staff! Thank you Conditioned Aire! I highly recommend Conditioned Aire! They're really honest, reliable and they offer reasonable rates. I will not trust anyone else with my AC.

Loved the experience from initial bid to final results. Brett is a wonderful ethical owner who is "consumer-centric" and walked us through the various options (and the complex terminology like SEER). Jo-Jo and his team showed up on time and it seemed like they never rested. They were very respectful, wore masks and took off their boots when entering the house.

After 28 years when the old Lennox HVAC system started to give out, I dreaded having to do a replacement. We were very surprised at the painless replacement, attention to detail, superb communication with the main office (shout out to Mylene) and overall professional. These people are the REAL DEAL on all fronts.

Victor was terrific. Arrived on time, diagnosed our problem (no cold air coming through the vents when the air conditioner was on), and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. My Dad has used this company for many years and we continue to be satisfied. Thank you!

I love in Granada Hills and LOVE this company. Out of all companies and services, they most embody that honest, local company that is trustworthy, helpful, and efficient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company when you need a new A/C or for maintenance. Good deal, good service, stress free. It's my favorite local company for anything. No scams, bs, or overcharging. Just great service at a reasonable price for regular folks on a budget.

This was my third bid. Brett was prompt knowledgeable and provided me with a few options at different price points. I was referred to him by a co-worker and found out many in my company have used Conditioned Aire for years. Their price was fair and installation took a while but it was done right. When I couldn't figure out how to work the new unit, I texted and they texted right back in the evening and sent someone else out the next day to walk me through the system. This was my third quote and was a recommendation from a coworker and as it turned out one of many coworkers who have been loyal customer. Price was fair and service was amazing. Even came out on a Saturday to help me with my new system. Whisper quiet A/C and feeling confident they have my back if there are any issues. They are amazing!

We have been satisfied customers of Conditioned Aire for 25 Years. They replaced our air conditioner in 1995. We had their bi/yearly service which is so worth it. The air conditioner was still working but our 41 year old furnace gave out. We decided to replace everything. Unfortunately it was at their busiest time and we had to wait 2 weeks before they could install the new system.

I have COPD and I'm on Oxygen 24/7 and I also had a sprained ankle. Tristan suggested that they buy a portable air conditioner for my room. Bret approved it and I was comfy in my room at 72 degrees for the waiting period. Jo did the installation and all went well. We now have a more efficient air conditioning system. When Tristan came out to remove the portable he even vacuumed where the heavy chair had been for me.

They even fill out the rebate with Lennox to insure that we get it. We will continue with the bi/yearly service where they put in new filters and make sure everything is working properly. So worth it. I'm very happy with Conditioned Aire. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time!

Our air conditioning stopped working about 6 pm Fri. I left a message Friday night. They called back about 8:15 am the next day and said someone would be out between 9-11. Bryan came around 9:00 am. He diagnosed the problem as a short circuit. The furnace unit is very old. He tried to use the power cord as shortened but to no avail. He went back to the office and got a new power cord and fixed the problem.

The A/C is running well. He also did general maintenance and looked at the ducts. he will get back to me with proposals for a new furnace unit. He was expeditious, knowledgeable and personable. I have used this vendor on a regular basis and recommend it without hesitation.

Brett and team installed my air conditioner several years ago (2005/2006). They also have been servicing and maintaining said unit until recently. On 7/6/18 my air conditioner failed and temperatures inside the house rose to uncomfortable levels (95 degrees at 11pm). At 10:00pm on 7/6/18 I was able to schedule as service call for 7:00pm the following day.

The service technician, Jan, arrived (on time) and inspected the air conditioning unit for about 20 minutes. I was informed by Jan that the compressor was bad and the air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. He was recommending the entire unit and not just the compressor because the unit was an older unit and it would not make sense to simply replace the compressor due to the fact that the system uses R22 refrigerant which is being phased out by 2020. Jan was going to have the office send me a quote on Monday, 7/9/18.

I immediately ran out to purchase a couple window units ($538) to get my family and I through the weekend. After a couple reminder calls it took 3 days to get a bid. 3 extremely hot days of 95 plus degrees INSIDE the house. The people I trusted for so many years quoted me a price to replace my air conditioning unit and furnace. Total price $8,369.98. OPTION #1: LENNOX ML14XC1, ML180 & COIL TOTAL INSTALL COST: $8,369.98 Replace existing furnace with new Lennox furnace model #ML180UH090XE48B, with matching evaporator coil and Lennox condenser model #ML14XC1-048-230.

Adapt to all existing refrigerant line, condensate drain line, gas piping, electrical and plenum. After the sticker shock for this second time investment wore off, I began asking questions. I got a second opinion which ended up saving me over $8,000. The unit did not need to be replaced. The compressor was fine. The start capacitor was bad and needed to be replaced.

Total cost $220. On 7/13/18 I called my friend Brett to let him know how disappointed I was that his technician failed to check the capacitor and misdiagnosed the problem. He was shocked and said that he would look into it. To date (now 8/3/18) I have not received a response. Big disappointment all around.

These folks are great! They were referred to us a while back when we owned our previous house. It had a funky dual system that other HVAC techs couldn't figure out. Brett took one look at it and figured it out. We subsequently hired them to add some registers and re-balance the airflow in our bedrooms. They were neat and tidy and made sure we were completely happy with the changes.

Fast forward two years and we are in another house. They just replaced our entire system - AC, furnace and ducting and we couldn't be happier. The new system is more efficient and soooo much quieter. We often don't know that it's on! They came back to make some slight adjustments the to airflow. We would use them again if needed!

The technician Jan and Myline in the office went out their way to get the part needed and repair my my 80 year old mom's AC faster than expected on a day it was over 100°. Service person arrived on-time, in fact, he arrived a minute or two before the time window. Courteous, efficient and friendly. Fixed our ancient gas heater within the hour.at a third of the cost of a few other companies I called (who quoted me without even looking at the heater first). Thanks Conditioned Aire! Sorry. Called these guys out to my mother in laws house she is 91 so I help her, she had water running on to her carpet, conditioned Aire came out and wrote her an estimate for $9200.00 saying her unit was shot and needed replacing, I got a second opinion and they came out unplugged the condensate drain line and charged us$105.00 total and its worked great ever since, I called conditioned air to tell the owner and never got back to me RIPOFF you decide? WATCH OUT!

For old-school, professional, reliable service, you'll need to call Brett and his team. We have signed up for semi-annual maintenance service and Brett always explains what he's found and done and the cost is extremely reasonable. No upsell and Brett is an honest, honorable man. Highly recommended!
