I managed a job that they did for a builder customer that they have had for over 10 years. We had a mini-split unit go down on us and we were told that it was under warranty and would be repaired for free. Shortly after repairing the unit, we got an invoice from them charging us for not only the labor but the parts. The charge was 2/3 the price of the entire unit.
I called them to discuss and talked to the owner, Nancy. She was extremely abrupt, irritable, rude and unwilling to honor the word they spoke to us. Two of her technicians overheard the conversation (I had her on speaker phone not realizing it would go this direction). When I got off the phone with her, they both (at separate times not knowing the other aid the same thing) confided in me that the owner "treats them like that too". Nancy does not practice good business practices. Neither me nor my client will be using their services again.
