Our Trinity serviceman (Nick) was extremely courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed our problem (blocked condensation drainage tube) and fixed it. I have been using Trinity Air for about 6 years. I purchased my a/c unit from them. They do regular scheduled maintenance every 6 months. The technicians are always polite and professional. Nicholas serviced my a/c unit this time and was very professional, and cleaned out the clogged line quickly and provided information to me to let me know exactly what he did. He was also conscious about tracking any dirt into my home. Very appreciated. I would recommend them.

My wife and I chose Trinity Air to purchase and install a Honeywell whole house dehumidification system. We had only heard good things about Trinity, and were very optimistic to try them. From the first individual who came to give us an estimate, to the installers who actually came to install the unit, we couldn't have been happier. Everyone was very professional, on time, very personable, very knowledgeable, and very courteous.

The job was started and completed on the date and time we were told, and we couldn't be happier with it. In fact, we were so happy with the equipment and one of the technicians, that we asked that he be the one to provide any additional services we might require. His name is Dan Reynolds. When we decided to have Air Scrubbers installed on 2 of our HVAC systems, and when we needed some other services, we specifically asked for Dan, who did a timely and exemplary job, as usual. Dan is a credit to Trinity air in every respect, and Trinity Air should be proud to have him on its staff!

Trinity helped us with a very complicated situation with our solar battery system and the HVAC, testing amperage and power use. We stayed in touch with the same tech the entire time, who was incredibly helpful and informative. He also worked to arrange our services in such a way as to save us the most money. Their maintenance plan is affordable and includes a % discount, and since they are always using a price book we know they're not making numbers on the fly. Their entire staff has always been professional and respectful, and they were able to get us taken care of quickly.

I am a diy kind of person so to call and ask for help was really the most difficult part of the entire experience. Right away I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism from the dispatcher. The Nick, the technician, arrived at the house very promptly. All the while he was doing his work he was beyond polite and friendly with the pack of wild children who live at my house.

He came in and did his job like a true professional. And as I hope that I don't need his service again anytime soon, if I do I have no doubt who I will be calling and recommending to my friends and family

Actually I got a new thermostat, took out the maintenance plan, and they installed something else too! Beth was so sweet and explained a lot to me, was so helpful and very polite and thoughtful! Dan was the guy who came out to my house that I was buying and checked out everything! Then I let Beth know that I was going to do the above things I had done, and Dan was the same guy to come out to take care of what I was having done!

Their customer service skills are #1, and they are very thorough, and really want you to be happy with their service! Both of them are ready to help you and will be their for you after the service is done! I highly recommend Trinity Air if you need that type of service! I am glad I did!
