Ken Hope exceeds my 5 star expectations! We upgraded our unit and once again he did not disappoint! Excellent service every time! I was so confident in him I did not even compare prices! We began using Ken Hope 20 years ago because his label was on the unit of the new house we bought. Since then we call every year in February for annual check. Today our tech came and gave us a clean Bill of health. Never trying to upsell unnecessary service or parts. Several years ago our system broke down just months away from 10 year warranty expiring. Instead of pressuring us to buy a new AC they repaired under warranty saving us thousands. Fair. Honest. Excellent service. And COVID safe. Tech was masked and distanced.

Very Rude and don't care about customers. I don't recommend. They send me a tech guy who leaked more than one pound of R22. They send me another guy and charged me for that one pound of R22 freon. They don't want to admit the mistake all they care about is charging people. When l Gave them an honest bad review, the owner who got thin skin and don't care about his customers told his staff not to serve me anymore.
I am not mad or angry. I feel sorry for such a business who been serving Riverview for more than 20 yrs is going down the drain in customer service due to greed and -ve attitude toward customers. There are dozens of AC companies in the same ZipCode. My money went to your competitor. And that's your fault.

Hello everyone, all my experiences with Ken Hope technicians have been very pleasant. They are very professional, and courteous when it comes to fixing and maintaining AC's. Today was the fifth time they came to my home (3 repairs) and they solely focused on working on my AC without trying to persuade me to purchase a new system. They came to my home only a few hours after my call and diagnosed/fixed the problem in about and hour. Special thanks to Don and Kyle for the great work. A++

Ken Hope were the original installers of my two AC unit over 10 years ago, and they have been maintaining them ever since. In all that time, I have never had anything but good experience with them. It was a recent event though that prompted me to write this review. So, after 10 years, one of my valves finally fails and releases all my freon, my AC stopped, and the house warmed up real quick.
I called Ken Hope on a Friday afternoon, and while they tried to get a tech over that night, they showed up first thing the next morning. The tech was very thorough and professional, explaining what he was doing and why, and he quickly got to the root of the problem. Ken Hope also worked with me and gave me a great deal on the cost of the repair as well. They have yet to let me down, which is why they will be the only company to service my ACs for as long as I own this house. Great job, guys!

Ken Hope came out to check my 85yr old Mom's a/c unit that had stopped working. We originally called 1 hour Air Rescue, who told us the unit needed to be replaced and, I thought, gave us a quote that was a bit over the top. I called Ken Hope - not only did he come out, he got my mom's a/c unit working perfectly in less than 10 minutes! At the same time, after I asked him, he gave us an estimate for a new a/c unit well below the previous quote. If you need an honest, knowledgeable, clean A/C Company - call Ken Hope! When my mom's a/c does finally need replacing - Ken's our only phone call.
