My HVAC ClimateMaster turned red and said the problem was condensate overflow. I spoke to Mr. Peter Kelly who understood the problem and he sent a team (James +) who were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I was so happy with their impeccable service, I signed a maintenance contract. I highly recommend Fresh Air if you are in a Condo with HVAC. Many companies only do commercial buildings. My experience was absolutely top-notch. My wife and I were having issues, but really needed a maintenance plan to keep on top of our system and the guidance was so appreciated. My compressor stopped working over the weekend. I called around to a lot of places but they either only did window units or refused to service my particular make of compressor. One even tried to sell me a new unit over the phone. Fresh Air Company was recommended by a friend. They were able to come out the same day and it took the repair person less than 5 minutes to diagnose the issue.

He realized it was my thermostat. He said my compressor was working fine which means he's very honest. I will absolutely call on them in the future and I'm glad to have a reliable, trustworthy source for my HVAC needs.

Highly recommended. I spoke with Peter Kelly extensively regarding a potential AC solution for my production studio in Manhattan. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and spent hours talking with me about my situation, educating me on air conditioning, and discussing how my space could be properly cooled. I've been in contact with many AC companies trying to find a solution for my space, and this has been the most positive and helpful experience I've had with one so far.

Other places tried to charge me $200+ just to get an estimate; Fresh Air Company provided far more than that without ever requesting any sort of commitment or consultation fee. Very professional, courteous, timely, helpful, and proactive communication from a clear expert in air conditioning.

Several years ago Fresh Air installed two HVAC units in my apartment very efficiently and have continued to maintain them. Recently a leak in my apartment was repaired by Fresh Air which was a clogged building drain line in back of the unit. Instead of opening up the wall and creating the need for wall repair, the two men, Bin and James, removed the bulky HVAC to access the leaky drain line. Their creativity and interest in repair with the least amount of mess was a bonus. Thank you Fresh Air!

Peter is super responsive and helpful. We had delays in installation because of a unique part that had to be ordered but he kept us posted about the timing and his guys were super professional - and he was always available to talk things through. Peter's rates were higher than the other quotes we received but it was worth it and we are satisfied with the HVAC replacement he did for us!

I had a similar experience to other reviewers. I had an HVAC issue in summer 2020 and while the owner Peter was initially very friendly/responsive on the phone he did not follow up ANY of my emails and phone calls after the initial 'diagnostic' visit. They charged me $400 and never completed the work. I had to call the bank and file a fraud complaint to get my money back and I also filed a complaint with the BBB. Do not do business with this company. They are total scammers.

I had two Nest system installed and the crew was great. They knew exactly that they were doing and did it in about an hour. The price was reasonable also. Another company wanted to charge me double what I paid. Highly recommend them. Services: Heating system maintenance, Install thermostat

It was a pleasure working with Fresh Air. The technician is very professional and the sales (Peter) is super helpful, caring, and responsive. My systems had low/high pressure switch issue during the first snow storm in nyc in 2020. The team was able arrive on site the next day, quickly identify and problem and provide solutions. The technicians are experienced and know exactly what to do and how to debug. Great service!

Total fraud! Be aware. Taking deposits upfront, charge you more and more and never get job done. Such a bad experience with The Fresh Air Company

This company took our deposit and didn't do any work. They've disappeared. Thousands of dollars have basically been stolen.
