Bennett HVAC is by far the BEST HVAC company I have ever worked with. Amazingly knowledgeable, timely and on time, lighting fast service, speedy installation, tidy, neat, and pretty! (Yes, pretty.the ductwork is lovely!) They took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns; no rush, no hurry, which I like. The workers were AWESOME, and FAST.
We were in a heat wave and the first day they made sure the old furnace and AC were removed and the new one installed so we would have AC for the night. Then they finished the next day. I cannot recommend Bennett HVAC highly enough! FANTASTIC! They are now the ONLY HVAC company I will deal with. 5 stars.10 is that were possible.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Charged me 250 to change a capacitor then the motor blows says 300 to fix and never came to fix it like he said he would, talked all this stuff about the last company that came out well go figured I called them back and they actually came to fix it at a reasonable price Service: A/C services

Jeff was the only one who would come out on a Saturday night and repair the blown expansion tank on my father's mobile home water heater. Jeff answered multiple calls for advice as we had difficulty finding the water shut off under the mobile home. So many other HVAC companies advertise 24 hr service, but don't deliver because they're at the bar having cocktails.

My air condtioner started making a loud noise which turned out to be the motor giving out. The technician "Noah" from Bennett Air came out and I explained that I was 69 and really had a hard time breathing in heat. It was 93 outside that day and he was there working on it for about 2 hours. He had to replace the motor and of course I was extremely happy that he was able to fix it without having to order parts. He worked hard and was very polite. Great Job Noah!

Excellent service and amazing service technicians! I recently had surgery, and not very mobile right now. Our air conditioner went out, and they were out to fix it right away. Then a couple days later the condenser went out. They were out to replace my whole unit within 48 hours! Jeff and his crew were very helpful and professional. I am so grateful to them! Thank you all so much! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of furnace or air conditioner repair or replacement!

I have nothing but excellent reviews for Jeff Bennett and his entire crew. Everyone one of them are polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. They care about their work and customer satisfaction. We have been in need of a new air conditioning unit for a couple of years now. We decided to upgrade to a new 2 stage a/c which also required a new 2 stage furnace.
Since our system was 17 years old we spoke with Jeff and he gave us several estimates to work with and helped us to decide what we wanted to do. Our system was ordered and on June 10th, it was out with the old and in with the new. Absolutely no regrets; the unit works just as we were told it would and is extremely quiet. Very impressed! On a side note - the day before the crew installed our new furnace and a/c I noticed our 8 year old water heater leaking and now in need of replacement.
Didn't expect that. I called Jeff and he came out to look at it. We decided to put a new tankless system in to replace the old storage tank unit. Jeff ordered the Navien 210S for us and it was installed exactly one week later. Again, excellent work by his crew. Very impressed with the tankless system Jeff recommended for us. I highly recommend Bennett HVAC and they will get all of my referrals.
