The folks who run the administration like Maria and Tracey are excellent too. The costs are a bit high but fair for the quality and the service. I am happy to recommend. The workman was polite and seemed very knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem, he threw a lot of information at me. So much so, that I asked him if he were in my shoes, what would he do. His suggestion seemed like a common sense approach and I went with it. He was also very up front about the cost of the repair. I appreciated that a lot.

Frozen pipe outdoors snapped off. after I shut off main water supply, I called u, spoke with Tracey who calmed my anxiety and dispatched Pablo to my house within a few hours. Pablo advised me step by step what he would do and explained the cost for the job. He was very expert at his job. In addition he cleaned the area completely. I can't thank Tracey & Pablo enough. I've been using Rebmann Plumbing for years, after having tried and been disappointed by the work of several other local plumbers. This time, I had a boiler-pipe leak. They were able to send a technician out almost immediately. This was the first time Carlos had come to my house, but he did an excellent job-diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly, and was personable and professional. Highly recommended.

Paul was very knowlegable, friendly and very professional. He worked expeditiously and did a great job! I would gladly have him back for other plumbing work in my home. I also have the chance to meet Adam, the service manager. Also, another good person to work with who understands the importance of doing a good job as well as respecting the time of the customer. So we had furnace trouble the other day. Maria who answered the call was very courteous and understanding of us having small children in the house with temps low at night. Scott and his crew came right out, diagnosed the problem, got the part and we were up and running. Clean and neat. Men wore booties and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Rebmann heating and air for any repair or installation as they did our water heater last year with same results.

I can't imagine a better heating and air conditioning company on the island. They gave me an estimate that beat my other two estimates I received. In addition, the job was completed quick. They were very clean and gave me great advice on what route I should actually go. Scott spent a lot of time discussing with me my options and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Danny and Chris at Rebmann replaced our 50 Gallon 60K BTU Gas Hot Water Heater. Workmanship was excellent, very professional. I called Rebmann that morning, needing to replace ASAP. They were able to provide on-site consultation, quote, removal, and installation of new AO Smith unit SAME DAY! Very pleased. Will definitely use Rebmann again. Highly recommended.

Made appointment for September 3rd at 8am for a technician from Rebmann Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to come to my home and provide me an estimate for work to be done on my A/C. A week later I got a call that the technician decided to take another job and and asked that I reschedule. I explained that I did not think that excuses was very professional and told the individual on the phone that I already cleared my calendar to meet with their technician.
I was placed on hold and another individual got on the phone and told me to forget this call and that the owner, Joe, would be at my home on the 3rd at 8m. The day before I received an email and text that the technician would be arriving between 8and and 9am. On the 3rd of September at 8:15am I received a call that Joe was not going to be able to make the appointment.

The field person who showed up to look at my leaky toilet tank was nice and professional. However he clearly was there to "sell" me on a bigger job than what I needed. All I needed were 2 screws and washers to be replaced. Instead it was recommended I replace my old toilet for a new $2,000 toilet. My toilet functions just fine and I was looking to simply replace the screws and washers of the tank which were the cause of the leak.
I was then told I should replace all of the "insides" of the tank for $900. Again the inside of the tank is functioning properly. The corroded rubber washers and the screws need to be replaced. So then I was told for $500, he could replace the 2 screws and washers that were holding the tank to the toilet base and the cause of the leak. $500?!?!?!?!
Thanks but no thanks. I went to my local plumbing supply store and picked up the screws and washers for $6.79. I understand businesses need to make a profit. However, a mark up from $6.79 to $500 is obscene. I replaced the screws and washers in 15 minutes and the leak is gone. Buyer beware. I will no longer do business with Rebmann.

1 year ago I contacted Rebmann to service my heating system. Like to use local businesses. What a mistake. They spent 2 hours trying to diagnose my issues. Installed a new valve assembly unit. Ended up doing a terrible job on the installation. After complaining got no response. Did not clean up. The cost was very expensive for what ended up being at my house for under 3 hrs.
Fast forward 1 year, having issues with heating system. Ended up calling another company to repair my system. This new company AIRCO repaired the work they did. Stay far away from Rebmann. Disappointed in the service. Should have read reviews before calling them.

My Central A/C unit broke down on the hottest day of the Summer! It was right before the Labor Day Holiday. They sent Luis to diagnose the problem, and he took pictures of great rust and mold within the unit that had developed in the attic! So we decided to listen to Scott A. and realized that after 20 years plus, it was time to just invest in a new Trane unit!
We feel we got our money's worth. They were able to come that afternoon to install it. By the end of the day, we had a nice restored cool house and were very grateful that Rebmann has such a great team in Carlos, Antonio, Cesar and Edwin! Carlos supervised the project and it was done very quickly and competently given the situation! They are a great crew! Thank you so much for such an outstanding job! I called Rebmann for an issue with my heat boiler. The receptionist that booked my appt told me there is no service charge for the tech to come out and diagnosed the problem. They will quote what needs to be done and if I didn't want to proceed with the work, we part ways no charge. Well the repair guy Paul quoted me $900 for a part that cost $100 online so I didn't want him to do the work. He tells me it's $200 PLUS TAX for diagnostic and troubleshooting! I had to pick up my kid so I had to pay just to get him out of the house! Beware!

During the recent cold snap that we had I was having issues with heat not being supplied to my townhouse. I called Rebmann and they had a tech (Dave) at my house the very next day. I was impressed since I'm sure they had many customers with frozen pipes to deal with. Within short time Dave had me up and running. I was very impressed with his professionalism and neatness. He wore booties after entering my house. Great company. Great service! Will definitely use them in the future.

My pregnant daughter just moved into her new house and the pilot light was out on the boiler. House was freezing! Called them and Raphael came to the rescue. Got the boiler up and running very quickly. Wouldn't take payment and said, "Welcome to the neighborhood". Restored my faith that there are still good people in the world! I called this service just about 5 p.m. on Monday, asking for assistance with my central air conditioning in an apartment of my house. I was assured by the service that someone would call me back Tuesday. I waited all day, only to get a voicemail shortly after 5 pm, when it had closed for the day, telling me "we do return all phone calls. Unfortunately not in a heat wave when we have too many requests for the technicians that we have but we do return all calls (*in case I didn't get that message at the beginning of the sentence.) I'm certain that you probably found someone else to help you.
If not, please give us a call back." I understand being too busy but tell me that in the morning or even early afternoon, but why wait til your business is closed for the day to tell me that apparently no one is available but tell me I can call again. And that means waiting until a third day to try to arrange service. And I called not because of the heat wave but because the rental unit is empty and I was checking various things around the apartment and discovered the CAC wasn't quite up to snuff.

I was a bit disappointed in the service that was provided. There was a layer of dust on the dryer after the cuts were done for the venting. The dryer vent was also out of line. In addition, there was a leak and the water was turned off to the in ground sprinkler system. It was not turned on when the work was completed. As this comes on at 4am, it was not discovered until the grass started to turn brown. Incurred a service charge from the sprinkler company to come turn it back on.
