Jacobazzi Heating & Cooling

Had been using them multiple times. Recently the service has been bad. Had them out twice for the same problem and had to call a different company to try and fix it. If you are planning on using them, I say try to fix it yourself. You will probably get the same results. When we called to discuss why our bill the second time was so high, we got a response of "we have to keep the doors open, that's why it was so much". I really doubt if a business like heating and cooling has struggled during the pandemic. Poor excuse for a company.

One call and a tech came right out and got our heat working temporarily. Next trip, a new furnace was in and running before dinner time. Prompt, professional and efficient.

Critical: Responsiveness The thermostat they installed is not working. I have called and emailed Denise multiple times and they are no longer responding. I just want my new A/C system to work! I am in the process of opening a complaint with BBB Better Business Bureaus since they absolutely refused to acknowledge my grievance. PLEASE stay away from Jacobazzi! I wish I can say they serviced my furnace superbly, however, Denise, the owner's wife, who was quick to take my money never returned any emails, nor voicemails, not to mention issuing a justified refund for an expensive job ~$1k, not even an apology!

After a botched up repair by Jacobazzi the firefighters had to evacuate my building on a Saturday night due to life threatening carbon monoxide release. It cost additional time and money to properly fix the furnace by a licensed contractor. Do not hire Jacobazzi, they NEVER want to hear from you once they get paid unfortunately and do not take any accountability.

I've used Jacobazzi for maintenance/repair on my A/C and Furnace for 10+ years. They've been honest and professional every time, never giving me a hard sell for things I didn't need. I replaced my entire system this spring and selected Jacobazzi over several other companies. Their quote was fair and I had confidence the work would be done right the first time. Tony has high standards and hires technicians that share his sense of doing the job right the first time.

The technicians were respectful of my home and protected my hardwood floors. I nearly fell over when I went into the basement to see the finished product and there was not a bit of trash left anywhere. My basement floor was cleaner than when they arrived! Jim, the lead technician, patiently walked me through the new thermostat setup and gave me an overview of the new system on a Friday evening when I'm sure he was wanting to go home and start his weekend!

The system looks neat and tidy. Every line is straight and all seams are tight. It is the most professional job I've ever seen. Denise was great on the administrative side. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She prepared all of the paperwork for the various rebates and walked me through all of the warranties. She was very kind to accommodate my crazy schedule and met with me after normal business hours.

The entire process from beginning to end was professional and as painless as it could be. The system has been running for several weeks now and I've had no issues whatsoever. I will never call another company for my HVAC needs!

Jim, the Jacobazzi technician who came out to fix my air conditioner today, could not have been more professional and courteous. I don't have a clue how any of this works, and he explained EVERYTHING to me in a way that I could understand so I knew exactly what he was doing and why. I have used Jacobazzi before, and I will be a lifelong customer of theirs because of their prompt and professional service! Thank you to Jim and Jacobazzi for another excellent service experience!

I've known Tony and Denise for many years, and they are always available to help and assist with heating and cooling needs. I have called after hours in the past, especially during summer months, and it has never been a problem for them to send someone out to the house. I recently had my furnace replaced, and Tony came over and made suggestions/recommendations for the best possible outcome.

I was provided brochures regarding three furnaces he recommended, and Denise outlined the entire cost for each furnace including duct work if I decided to go in that directions. The furnace was installed and delivered on time and as promised. The two men that worked in my house were professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. I went with the additional air exchanges, which required placing additional vents in the upper wall of my home, in seven locations.

The work was flawless and these was NO mess to clean up. I can go on and on. Jacobazzi has always meet all of my heating and cooling needs and I highly recommend them. Thank you Denise and Tony.

Although Jacabazzi is a local Downers Grove HVAC company, I was unaware of their name or reputation. I contacted six other dealers for air conditioner information and estimates, but really wasn't satisfied with any of the scanty information, sales pressure and/or inflated prices. My son said he was pleased with Jacabazzi's installation of a furnace, so to move forward I decided to give them a call.

The next morning Tony was at my door, observing inside and outside and making notes. He then handed me his business card, a Bryant brochure with an a/c model, material needed, a price and asked if I had questions. Absolutely no pressure. I emailed Tony that evening with several additional questions. He called several times the next morning (but I wasn't home), followed by calls from his wife and co-owner, Denise.

When we connected, Denise gave abundant information to my questions. She gave generously of her time and expertise to assure me that I would be pleased with their company, their workers and their product. Denise's experience, intimate knowledge of the company's products, and pride in their employees and their installation sealed the deal. Early the next hot morning, Brandon and Josh started installation and four hours later, I had a new a/c and a spotless family room.

I'm very glad to have found a local trustworthy business with high professional standards, one that values their reputation and their customers' satisfaction. It's no wonder that Jacabazzi HVAC is listed in Bryant's Circle of Champions! I will definitely recommend the Jacabazzi heating and cooling business to friends and neighbors whose units need replacement.

Sometimes there's just not enough stars. I've worked with several area companies and have never been happy with service or work. Jacobazzi is in a class by themselves. There simply isn't a better HVAC company in the western suburbs. Had a new furnace installed and work done on my hot water tank.

I have been working with Jacobazzi now for almost 30 years. They installed the AC in a new home for me in Woodridge in mid 80s with better product and price than builder. Upon moving to Naperville we have used them for 2 more CA units and now a great Bryant 2 stage furnace - we wouldn't think of going elsewhere. A family owned business that really does care, not a faceless corp. I would recommend calling Denise or Tony for your HVAC needs, you won't be disappointed.

We've been using Jacobazzi Heating and Cooling systems for years now and have always found their services and advice to be solid and sound. Their technicians sent are knowledgeable, helpful, and on time. The office tries to accommodate your schedule each time and they're pleasant to work with. Jacobazzi doesn't try to push unwanted or unneeded services and upgrades on you during their service/maintenance calls. I find that a huge plus.

Professionals thru and thru. In anticipation of selling our home, we wanted to have a new air conditioner installed and our furnace worked on in order to pass an inspection. Jacobazzi completely accommodated our schedule, priced the work fairly and did an outstanding job. They even sent us a travel cooler and cookies as a thank you several weeks later!

I am still enjoying a warm cozy house thanks to Jacobazzi! For years another HVAC company said they fixed my problem. but year after year I had to trek through the snow to fix my ventilation pipe. Jacobazzi fixed the problem and for a VERY reasonable price. Good HONEST company! Thanks Jacobazzi

We bought a house knowing we needed a furnace, however we didn't expect to do it on day 2 of homeownership in subzero temps. We were referred to Jacobazzi from a HVAC repair guy. Jacobazzi got us setup the very next day. I shopped around but their warranty is better than the rest and I loved their professionalism. Not only that but they even sent us a yummy thank you gift via mail with NO solicitation for a review.

Perfect customer service, quick and painless install and removal of former hunk-a-junk, accepted my Amex card. If you're in the market for a furnace, Jacobazzi is your team.

We've been using Jacobazzi for the last 5+ years for regular A/C and furnace maintenance. Never had any issues and the technicians are always friendly and informative. $105 just billed for routine maintenance on the A/C which seems reasonable. I have never had any major issues like the previous Yelp reviewer had - and thus major issues. I really hope we don't have any major issues and if I do, I will need to get any promises in writing before any work is done. Dealing with contractors makes me nervous when major costs are at stake.
