The Viviano technician (James T.) arrived on schedule and performed a thorough semi-annual system maintenance check. James went 'above and beyond' in cleaning our air conditioning unit which had accumulated leaves and other debris over the winter. Very happy with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone! They were one of the only companies that could get out to my house and get a quick estimate on the spot. Our furnace was on its last leg after working with another vendor, we weren't happy with the limited options we were presented with and the up-sell pressure. So, we gave Viviano a call. Not only did Gonzalo come out same day to do a diagnosis and give his perspective on our options, but he followed up with us over the long holiday weekend. When it was clear that new equipment was the only logical answer, Kyle responded quickly and was super patient with all of our questions.

He quoted out a bunch of different options and helped clarify the pros of each setup. He was transparent about what was and wasn't necessary to suit our needs (house size, financial situation, re-sell value, warranties, etc). They scheduled our install quickly. The office staff were super helpful and communicative. Becky answered my questions and gave us a heads up when the install team was on their way.

On install day the team arrived on time and got to work. They worked quickly and the install is, honestly, beautiful. They even corrected a few issues to modernize and bring our house up to code. We are thrilled with the whole process and will be recommending Don and his team to anyone who will listen. If you need HVAC service in the Metro-East, you won't be sorry if you go with Viviano!

We finally found a great company to take care of our heating and air conditioning needs. Prompt, professional service with knowledgeable technicians. Our York heating unit was not working properly and within a day, all parts and labor were completed. Technician left the work area clean and double checked that everything was working properly. It was the hottest weekend of the year (yet), Saturday mid-afternoon. "Does it seem warm in here?" asked she. "Yes, it does, " said he. He proceeded to check the blower motor, the filter, the circuit breaker, the thermostat batteries, and the outdoor A/C unit fuses. He discovered the outdoor unit was no longer running, but didn't know why. That's the background of my phone call to the Viviano number, which was answered by a live person, who recorded my contact information.

Shortly thereafter, the owner himself returned the call. He was on the roof of a restaurant, making a repair, and promised to stop by when he was done. Within an hour, his vehicle pulled up in my driveway. Shortly thereafter, he diagnosed the problem: a mouse had climbed into the outdoor A/C unit, fried itself (sadly), and, in the process, fried a capacitor.

Twenty minutes later, the capacitor was replaced, the Freon checked, the unit cleaned, and my house beginning to cool down. I rarely give a five-star review after only one encounter, but keep in mind the context. I had no previous experience with this business. This was an emergency call addressed on a Saturday late afternoon. It was very hot weather to add on one more outdoor project. Still, my request was handled quickly, effectively, and with good humor. Thanks, Don V., now that I know you, I feel much cooler.

Called Viviano to come check out my furnace that was not working, they came out within a few hours. I had Vivanio replace my ac system in 2012 and thought the furnace had been replaced too but I was wrong it was just the ac. This trip the blower motor was found bad causing the furnace not to light. We were immediately told that the whole furnace had to be replace because of rust. 3500 quote.

I ordered a new motor for 190.00 form Amazon and replaced it myself in 15 minutes time. Turned the power on and my house is now warm. Would have probably paid 3-500 to Vivanio to replace that part only if I was give the option. Instead we went two more days in the cold. Disappointed with the money grab attempt, will not be calling again.

Wow, Viviano was a lifesaver this morning. Woke up 4:15 to make some coffee and didn't think the house was as cool as it normally is. Put my hand over the vent and the air was cool, not cold. I went out to check on the outside unit and it was buzzing, not running. Called Viviano at 4:30 and explained situation to their answering service. She said she'd have someone call. 6:45 I got a call from the service tech and said he'd stop by on the way to his first appointment. 20 minutes later he was here and had me up and cooling within 30 minutes. I've used Viviano before and that's why I called them this time. They will be the ones I call on again.

I highly recommend Vivianos - we had a complete heating and cooling system installed and the crew was fantastic, thorough and the equipment superior. We had several estimates from different companies and not only did Vivianos beat the price but did so with better equipment and unbeatable service. I highly recommend Vivianos!

Very happy with their service! They called before they came to let us know they were en route, and they were right on time. John, our technician, was very professional and friendly and did a great job. Our AC unit is running nice and cold again, thank you!

Nothing like waking up in the morning when it's 9 degrees outside to your heater not working! Immediately called Vivianos and they had someone here in a few hours. Turns out my furnace was fine, it was my thermostat! Not only was I given cheaper options before instillation, but when I ended up choosing the programmable one, he stood there and programmed it for me to my specifications! I have used Viviano heating and air before, if needed, I will use them again and I HIGHLY recommend them!

First time they came out, I thought they did a good job fixing the furnace and telling me of some things to try if it stopped working again. About 2 months later it stopped working and I called them up. The guy that came out said that the first guy was full of it, and that the furnace was dead. Still charged me for a service call. Their salesman was supposed to come out later that evening but he never showed up and he never called back.

Now I'm out the cost of 2 service calls for this year, and the cost for the furnace, and they don't have the common courtesy to call me and let me know they can't make it and to try and reschedule. Viviano's will not be getting my business again.
