Rhymes did a great job troubleshooting, quoting, and installing our new AC and furnace. They were able to get a tech, Adam, dispatched quickly to provide a diagnosis. Steve did a great job providing us options and scheduling our installation the same week. Ron and Matt very quickly installed the new unit which we're very happy with. It looks extremely professional and they answered all my questions. I'd definitely recommend using Rhymes.

I called during a heat wave, and they had a technician out the very next day. Technician was clean, well versed, and polite. Went straight to work and solved the problem with ease. I just got my 609 Certification and Universal Certification in HVAC, the Technician did everything the correct way. No lies, no strings, just honest work. I REALLY COMMEND THAT. During these times, its good to know that an HONEST company is out there. I will recommend using these people to everyone of my neighbors.

Our AC went out overnight during this early June heat wave. Called Rhymes early in the morning and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule later in the afternoon. Very appreciative they could get to us as I know they are very busy! Adam was very knowledgeable and shared information about our system as he worked. I wanted to get quotes for replacing my furnace and air conditioning units as they are 19 yrs old. I thought I should get my "ducks in a row" before I had an issue as I was told last summer I wouldn't be able to get my freon any longer. This place is great! Steve arrived on time, was professional and sent me my bids (4 to be exact) before the day was over!

I called Rhymes yesterday morning (our 3rd 100 degree day in a row) and they said they would not be able to come until today (Thurs afternoon). about an hour or so after the initial contact they called me back and the Service Manager came out himself at about 2 pm and got me up and running. He said that he normally doesn't do these calls but he was so great to come out and get me fixed up and then he said he doesn't carry the tablet to get my invoice or take my payment. They emailed it to me today to take care of online. I have called them in the past and they are always great. I would absolutely recommend to others.

We have worked with Rhymes Heating and Cooling for many years and are always pleased with their service. This time our furnace had gone out, just before Christmas. However we had many of our adult children returning home for the holidays (we have six). But with the weather turning colder needed it replaced fast. We paid a small fee to make that happen but were so pleased they were able to accommodate our needs before the holiday. We cannot tell you how much we have appreciated a working furnace during this cold snap!

Ron and Matt were sent by Rhymes to install a new A/C unit and remove and replace our furnace and thermostat. They were professional and efficient. Rhymes could not have been more helpful! In a addition to getting a routine maintenance check on our AC, we have an issue with one of our air ducts. I talked for quite a while on the phone about it and was given some great advice on how to take care of it. Our maintenance check went smoothly, the technician did a great job and was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Well, what can I say!?!? Stephen Ryan himself showed up.couldn't have been nicer, provided me with much needed information, came the same day I called, fixed the problem quickly, was very personable. A/C went out on Friday evening (6/18 - hottest day of the year)! Called Rhymes after hours and got an answering service who took my info and said someone would call back shortly. Less than 5 minutes later, I spoke with a polite, respectful man who said they couldn't get anybody out until Saturday morning which was fine with me as 2 other companies I called couldn't make it out until sometime the following week.

I got a call from the service tech around 9:00 am on Saturday telling me he was 10 minutes away. He arrived, found the issue, swapped the part, and had my air running in less than a half hour. I did have an issue with my invoice and received a call directly from Stephen Ryan who was able to explain things to me and resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. All 3 men I spoke with from Rhymes couldn't have been nicer or more respectful. I was completely satisfied with Rhymes and now will highly recommend them.

I have been using Rhymes for over 20 years and refer them to anyone who needs HVAC service. Their technicians are knowledgeable, clean, respectful and friendly. We take advantage of the Peace Of Mind and that has been wonderful! Aaron was fantastic, and I want him back! We had such a great conversation, and he was so respectful to me. For such a youngster (to me), this was a ray of sunshine in these gloomy times.

My furnace and A/C is 17 years old and Rhymes has provided service and kept it going all this time. Adam has been our regular service guy for years now and has always been straight forward and courteous with us.
