The first company I contacted led me to believe that I needed to replace my whole system, outside and inside, and wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to have this done. So I decided to get a second opinion. And I am glad I did. So I called AC Masters. The customer service person, Jerri Lyne, was very pleasant and relatable. They sent out Jacob, who was very pleasant as well as knowledgeable about the AC unit. Jacob checked my unit, and much to my relief, he found that a part had burned out, and at my request, he fixed it for a reasonable cost.

The thing I liked most was that I didn't feel pressured or lied to about what needed to be done. I feel that Jacob was honest and straightforward about the issues with my AC. This company will be my go-to for my AC needs from now on.

A/C Masters has been our heating and air conditioning company for over 10 years. Their technician always calls before she comes and does a thorough job. We book her six months in advance because she is so busy. Smart and professional, she can discuss their products, maintenance and delivery. We love that they hire women as service technicians.

Jacob is a true professional. My request to vacuum out the PVC drain line was done plus he drained the line for the next door unit because it was next to my drain line. That's amazing! He replaced the partially buried electrical whip as he recommended to avoid a potential fire hazard. That is double amazing! That is going beyond and above his duties and responsibilities as an HVAC maintenance person. Thank you Jacob! Jacob arrived a couple of minutes ahead of the scheduled time and got right to work. He has done our service before and remembered his way around our home and HVAC systems. I needed to have our large dog loose in the house today, and Jacob handled that perfectly. Jacob is always very respectful of our property and efficient and thorough in his work.

He asked if we had any issues with the system, then gave me his report on what he saw in his inspection. I am confident that if we do encounter any problems, Jacob and the other folks at A/C Masters will take good care of us.

This is the second time I've used this company, both times Jacob was the service technician. The company was able to get someone out either same day or early the next day which was greatly appreciated. Jacob was always friendly, on time (also called to say he could be there earlier) and was super helpful. He is definitely very qualified in this area but makes sure to explain to me what's going on in easy to understand terms. This is my go to company to call for heating/ ac issues.

Very impressed that my call was answered and appointment was made. Many businesses I've called have VM only and calls are not returned. Allen showed up on time and spent much time going over everything with us in detail in a way that we could understand. We were given the option of getting the heatpump repaired however part would only have a one year warranty or getting a new unit which would have a much better warranty. We appreciate Allen's honesty and the turn around time to get unit installed.

I absolutely recommend A/C Masters! After receiving several different quotes, Scott is the biggest reason I chose ACM for our replacement AC install. He was no pressure, prompt, informative, thorough, fair, comfortable to talk to and has made me feel like a new member to the A/C Masters' family. I can't say enough good things about him! Met with him Monday evening, made my confident decision to go with his offer on Tuesday and my new AC installed on Wednesday morning! If you're in the market, definitely choose this company!

I have had two different technicians, Adriana and James, come out to my home to perform routine maintenance on our heating and a/c systems. Both of them were exceptionally polite, conscientious, and thorough. Scheduling was easy and they worked seamlessly around my husband's and my work schedules. The price for my two systems was fair and reasonable.

Most impressively.the demonstration of integrity. While working in my attic today, James found my husband's Apple Watch, which had been missing for several weeks. He could easily have pocketed the watch and we would never have been the wiser. Instead, he brought it down and immediately asked if we had been missing it. I could not be more impressed. Trustworthy service cannot be topped. I give this company my highest recommendation.

Just had our AC fixed, I believe the technition's name was James. He was absolutely fantastic. Was right here within 15 min of the service call, very knowledgeable, professional, and fixed our problems efficiently. This company does not over charge, in fact I would have paid more for the service I received today. Even the lady on the phone was pleasant and helpful.

Let me preface this by saying I'm a grumpy old man. I have no problem chewing people down to a nub if they don't provide what I expect. Having said that I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was with AC Masters. While I'm not an HVAC expert it would be fair to say I have more than a passing/pedestrian knowledge of HVAC. I've often found it useful to ask questions I already know the answers to. CJ (the tech who came to help me out) really knew his stuff.

In fact I even said a couple of things that were *almost* right and CJ stepped right up and corrected me(all while being polite, very diplomatic about it and telling me "you know just enough to be dangerous"). They were on time, the price was reasonable, the tech was knowledgeable and I'm currently enjoying a cool breeze from the hvac vent as I write this. Lastly I'd like to shout out to the owners of AC Masters. whatever you're paying CJ. he needs a raise. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

Javier's team was at my home in less than 30 minutes. Being that I know nothing about HVAC, I could have easily been overcharged but I was not. I definitely feel that the price was reasonable. ALL successful companies raise the price of parts. This a common business practice. But A/C Master's price was not out of the ordinary in my opinion. They were courteous and thorough. Highly recommended to my friends and will use again if the need arises.
