Our air conditioner wasn't working and that is an awful thing in Virginia in the throes of summer. Temp-A-Tron came out that day, determined what the problem was did a temporary fix until the replacement part came in which saved us from sweltering in 90+ degree heat/humidity and it wasn't that expensive. I HIGHLY recommend Temp-A-Tron.

I heard about Temp-A-Tron from a friend, so I called them when my central A/C unit was leaking condensation water on my basement floor. At first it looked like I would have to replace the plastic drip pan under the indoor coil, an expensive and time-consuming job requiring removal of the coil and recharging the system after the new pan is installed and coil reinstalled.
But after a closer inspection, the tech discovered that it was only a problem with the condensate drainage plumbing. I appreciate their honesty and integrity, which resulted in a much less profitable job but was a big relief to me.

I'm very satisfied with Temp-a-Tron. An aux unit for one of my heat pumps stopped working. Knowing I'd be without heat if the outside temperature fell below the heat pumps capabilities without the aux unit, these guys were responsive and came over right away. The problem was quickly identified and the repairman showed me the broken part, why it broke and spent time explaining to me how it works.
He didn't have the part with him but called his coworker who quickly drove over with the necessary replacement part. Total cost was exactly what he estimated the repair would be,

Temp-A-Tron was great! They came to our house same day I called, diagnosed a broken inducer motor, installed it as soon as it came in AND their prices were more than reasonable. It was our first time using them. We will definitely use them again. I have tried some of the the large companies and always felt ripped off. I would definitely recommend Temp-A-Tron to anyone!

Temp-A-Tron has saved me twice now during some really cold weather. When we first moved to Purcellville last year, our furnace failed during an extreme cold spell. They were very quick to respond and diagnose the problem and work with me to replace the old one. Now, a year later, my new furnace failed during the recent cold spell, and Temp-A-Tron answered very early on a Saturday morning.
A technician quickly returned the call and diagnosed the problem over the phone and walked me through very specific steps to correct the problem, which ultimately saved me over $300 and an emergency service call. This company is first-class and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good HVAC company.
