When our heating system failed us, Volpe got here the next day and worked tirelessly to fix our tankless. They called the manufacturer for assistance, which included checking for warrantees. When it became clear we needed a new pump, they sourced it and installed it as quickly as they were able. We now have heat and hot water again and we also have a service company that we know we can call in a pinch to reliably help us through any issues we hopefully won't have any time soon. Reasonable, reliable and honest.

Needed to replace our 28-year-old HVAC system. Reached out to several companies in the area, and decided to go with VOLPE. Rick went through every option available and explained the pros and cons of each. The level of expertise and professionalism that was shown by Rick and his team was great. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. DESCRIPTION OF WORK replaced the existing air handler, condenser, refrigerant tubing, main duct system, and return duct.

These guys were straight forward to deal with and fair. They helped me choose which systems were right for my house and cleanly installed both a new furnace and a split unit AC. They made converting from propane to natural gas a simple cost effective choice. Controlling my thermostat from my phone is a great perk! When I wake up it's nice to be able to raise the temperature from under the covers! Two thumbs up

I was having a few maintenance issues with my hvac system and contacted Volpe Service Company for assistance. I spoke with the owner, Rick, who was professional and more than helpful. An appointment was scheduled and a repair tech arrived on time and was courteous. The repair tech fixed the issues and was respectful of my home. Volpe was AMAZING. I am so grateful that a technician was able to come out on a Friday night right before the temps were going to drop. Our house's original owner installs furnace from this company. This fall we noticed the furnace is not heating so I called the furnace manufacture to find the original contractor check what's going on. I'm super afraid to get a huge bill since I have zero experience with this. Overall, they did an amazing job and get our heat back on. They perfectly embody the spirit of contract with affordable price. I'll highly recommend this contractor to my friend for sure! Thank you!

Volpe installed a brand new HVAC a little over 3 years ago. A week later, some wires caught fire. They fixed it, but the system turned out to be faulty due to a poor installation. When the system was off, it continued to run. The downstairs area was an ice box, the upstairs an oven. Called them again and was told we had to pay for the service and any parts that needed to be changed.
After calling another company, company stated system was not working properly from the beginning. We are now waiting to see what it's going to cost us because Volpe has no integrity. - If I could give them no stars, I would. Stay away from this company.

I wish there was a review that was less than one star. This company has been nothing but a headache. We had the air conditioner installed and a year later it was not working. This has been going on since we first purchased the air conditioner. This company has yet to fix the problem and now wants us to pay for the problem to be fixed. All they will do is add rylon refrigerant.
Twice a summer they add refrigerant which is now leaking into the atmosphere and this will continue to happen until the problem is fixed. If you want to avoid a headache and an inconsiderate person I recommend finding someone else to do your air conditioning.
