Sam and his crew installed the AC last year. At the time it worked very well. However right now, it is leaking the condensed water in my basement. I am trying to contact his company by the posted phone, but it is not answering and the mailbox is full. Not sure if they are still in business. Service: Install AC

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Not only did Sam answer my call off hours and schedule an urgent visit to fix our furnace on short notice, but he came on time and charged us a very reasonable price when fixing our issue. To top it off, he followed up as promised when I requested his certificate of insurance the day after he did the work. He was professional and polite throughout - definitely would 100% recommend AirServ to anyone!

The guys from AirServ were very knowledgeable,pleasant to deal with and very competent. They took care of the problem and made sure everything was working 100% before they left. Based on my experience with them I will call AirServe whenever I need help with my heating and air conditioning in the future. Great guys!

Exceptional service by there technicians who put the customer first. There technicians arrived on time and addressed the problem in no time. They are very thorough and they take there time to discuss the work being performed on my heating system. My family and myself been using AirServ for 2 years.

SO thrilled with the techs from AirServ! Our pilot light went out and wouldn't stay lit in the middle of a cold snap. They came out same day, figured out the issue, replaced the part, and waited until we knew the entire house was heating properly before they left. Thanks for saving us so quickly and professionally!

I was happy I was able find AirServ mechanical group , as not many heating and cooling companies in my area work with PTAc systems. I made the appointment 2 days prior to the actual appointment. Sam the technician called in advance to let me know he was on his way , and he got to my place when he said he would. I was impressed with the fact that he knew what might be wrong with the system and it took him 5 min to resolve the issue.

For that I’m grateful. He was honest with what was wrong with the system and also provided details of how I should care for the system to prevent other issues from happening. I would highly recommend them.

Sam was able to quickly solve my issue and do the necessary checks to make sure my system was running in good shape.

Technician was punctual and courteous. I received a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Everything was explained in detail and he returned the same day, at my convenience, to replace the faulty part which he had to order and pick up from a local supplier. The job was finish quickly and he was very clean, even wearing covers on his shoes. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again!

AirServ Tech, Sam, did an excellent job in replacing my sub-pump in my basement today. Mike is professional and thorough in doing his job and everything was done in a caring and neat way. He also cared details and carried out his job towards perfection. For example, he used a marker labeling neatly in capital letters on the two pump-lines as "EMERGENCY PUMP", and MAIN PUMP" which were not labeled before; he also mount my pump alarm box on the wall which was awkwardly tapped under the pipe by a previous installer.

Although these are insignificant and not required him to do, he did take effort to do them without being asked, indicating his good attitude towards his job and trying to make his customer satisfied. He also patiently explained to me how the pump system work. I am glad AirServ sent Sam over to fix my sub-pump and will recommend him to my friends. This is the second time I use AirServ and both services are fully satisfied.
