Most reliable HVAC company around, hands-down. Family-owned and operated for over a decade and the owner's experience in the field goes back to decades before that. Not quite sure if Michele had an unreliable employee sent to her home but if there was ever a problem with an Express Air employee, I'm sure that Richard handled it accordingly. Richard and all of his employees have always been nothing short of exceptional in providing quality service for my friends, family, and colleagues and if a problem ever occurs, they are there with same-day service guaranteed.
