Amazing service! They replaced my ac unit took out the existing unit and did it all within a week! Gave me all the info for square footage and how big the unit should be, asked if I was going to add on I was so we went with a half ton unit larger was less than 300$ to make it a larger one! They were only here a few hours brought the crane! We left and came back they asked what they wanted us to set the temperature on our new thermostat and came home to an ice cold house! I am a Canadian who owns a home in Lake Havasu. When renters told me the AC wasn't working and it was 110 degrees out it was a panic to get it fixed. I called Janice and within the hour they were at the house and figured out the problem. The service men ended up working late to get it fixed and working for us without trying to up sell us a new unit. Highly recomend these guys for your AC needs.

It is always nice to find an honest, extremely well qualified company that takes pride in their work. I had 2 roof mounted units that were eighteen year old and 2 swamp coolers. One HVAC Unit was not working properly - when on sounded like it was about to take flight. I called The Air Conditioning Guy on a Monday and Ron Jr. was there within hours. Ron Jr. diagnosed problem within minutes of testing faulty unit.

He explained what needed to be done to fix unit and did not make attempt to sell me on 2 new units. After I asked several questions as to life expectancy of units like the ones I had I decided that it was best not to repair but replace the units. Unit's were replaced by Ron Sr.and Jr. on March 14, 2019 to include removing my 2 swamp coolers (never used). Installation was outstanding.

Original units were sitting on stacks of 2x6's and not level, and vibration noise in-house although not terrible was less than desirable. New Units were mounted on metal framed boxes with insulation pads that leveled units, and roof coating applied under units. New thermostats were installed and units worked perfectly. When installation was complete you would not have know they were on site.

Left job site as if it were their property. Very Professional. As for cost they are what I would consider very reasonable based on my experience replacing several units on other properties over the last 20 years. First experience working with them was good. When trying to set up another appointment I kept getting the runaround and asked to call back later over an 8 month period. They are busy with more important clients was the response I got and all the previous attempts for service were acknowledged but were not taken in to account as waiting customer time in their service queue.

Instead of first call resolution to get an appointment it was call back in a week or two to know if I can even even get an appointment. I have found other services available to take my business.

I would highly recommend this man. Honesty is his middle name. A company like this is hard to come by these days. Although he could not fix my swamp cooler because it was so old and parts were not available, he was more than fair on the cost of coming out to my home just to see what the problem was. He only charged me half of his regular going rate.
