Fantastic customer service. Lori in the office is equally as wonderful and Brian is in the field. Both realty companies I have rented through use Mercury and I certainly know why!

With the transitory nature of many companies here, it is a rarity in Lake Havasu City to find a business you can ALWAYS count on. We have owned our home here since 1969. Having working air conditioning isn't an option and Mercury will keep you up and running. A bonus. if you would like to be treated like a valued consumer, talk to Lori. So refreshing and sadly unusual these days!

This place is amazing! Even when everyone else was saying NO this place said YES! After a week with no heat and no companies willing to come out due to the holiday this place was here same day, and fixed! They made time for us when no one else would! Amazing customer service, quick, and honest! Lori who works in the office was great! Thank you to you all for making this holiday even better!

A technician showed up diagnose the problem in less than 30 minutes ordered the part the next day and the third day returned to fix the problem and actually completed the job. That's really hard to find in this town and I will tell everybody that I know to use Mercury Air from now on because they do the job completely and correctly. They show up on time, pleasant employees.

Mercury Air always takes care of us day or night. I can always count on them diagnosing the issue right the first time. The technicians are friendly, professional and know their business.

These guys did a quality job! On time and very professional! And $1,000 cheaper than anyone else for a top of the line train air conditioner. not that Home Depot crap the other guys are pushing!

Best service I have ever had! My property manager NSP, who are also awesome to rent from, took my call for my a/c that wasn't working, during triple digit temps, at 9am. Within 30 minutes the tech was knocking on my door and 30 minutes later and a new thermostat and I was cool again. I can not say enough about the customer service from Laurie in the office to Ron the owner to the techs I have had.

They are professional, courteous, friendly and get the job done! I have only needed numerous visits due to the age of my unit and different issues, not because they ever had to come back. Now they are replacing my unit. NSP wouldn't trust it with anyone else! THANK YOU MERCURY!

I just can't say enough nice things about this company. I have never had better customer service. I called at 7:00 am on Tuesday thinking I'd get their voice mail but the call was answered by Laurie. She said she would have someone out as soon as possible but it probably wouldn't be before 9:30 because I was so far away (about 1 1/2 hours from their office).

Right on time tech Daniel arrived and had my A/C cooling within 30 minutes. Said I would need a new coil but it would have to be ordered. In the meantime my A/C should work just fine, which it did. Daniel said the new coil would be in and installed the following week and I wouldn't have to be there for the service call (I was out of town). I got a call from Laurie this morning (Monday, less than a week later) telling me that the coil had arrived and been installed the previous Friday, no charge. Does it get any better than this?

I would be very surprised. My neighbors are also very pleased with the service they receive from Mercury Air. Thank you Laurie and Daniel for taking such good care of us. We will be lifelong customers and will pass along our recommendation for your excellent service.

I'm giving 5 stars because the person who handles the telephone calls, Laurie, was extremely nice and scheduled a tech quickly. The tech, Sean I believe called me to explain in detail what work was necessary and the work was completed in one day. The price was fair and I couldn't be happier. All in all, a great experience. Great job Mercury!
