Classic Heating and Cooling is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone! After waking up to a cold house I called Classic to get my furnace serviced. It was in the middle of a very bad cold spell, I figured I would have to wait days for a service call. To my surprise the pleasant woman on the phone said she could have someone over that same afternoon. The service tech, Dave arrived and advised me that I had a minor problem with my flame sensor and he would have me up and running in not time.
Timothy started part time at Classic Heating at age 16. As part time help he worked mostly in the shop, doing deliveries and pushing a broom. After graduation he spent a few years as shop manager, fabricating sheet metal and managing shop inventory. In 2002 he decided to get out of the shop and started as installer's helper, and later became a lead installer.

Needed my furnace repaired right before Christmas. Called them and the told me they would get back with me later. Never did. Tried calling back and didn't answer.

Classic Heating just fixed our boiler. They had to order a part and expedited it so we had heat back on in 2 days. So far since they fixed it everything is working well again. I will call them again because they are reliable.this was our 3 rd time.

We just had our furnace replaced and I highly recommend this company! We have been without heat for days and had a hard time finding anyone who could fit us in during this busy time. We called Classic, exasperated and desperate for help, and they were the best. Barb took care of us and had someone come out and check within a few hours (again, we'd been waiting days for other people).

We then discovered the entire unit had to be replaced and Keith explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. After getting back with Barb, they came out the next day to do the installation (Jim and Damiano) and we are now toasty warm after being cold for so many days. They explained to us how to best keep up the furnace and even ordered us some filters so we didn't have to track them down ourselves.

In just about 24 hours we called them, got a diagnosis, and got a repair, which feels remarkable given how long we had to wait before finding them. We will definitely continue doing business here and recommend anyone in need of a repair to give them a call! They'll take care of you. Thank you all so much.

Used this company for the first time and was really impressed by the work that they did. The service technician Kieth was really good and answered all of my questions. This is the only company I will use from here on out because they know what they are doing and aren't trying to sell you stuff that you don't need.

My mom has called this company every time we had an issue with our outdoor AC unit. The tech can quickly diagnosis the problem with the unit and also quickly fix it. They're very professional and kind to us. Definitely recommend them.

I had great experiences with Classic. Had a new hot water heater installed by them. Had some problems with the anode rod reacting with the well water so they contacted Bradford White and came out to install a new anode rod. I haven't had a problem since. A couple months later, my furnace decided to stop working on the first coldest night of the year; at 5:30 pm on a Friday of course.

This was after hours but Tim came right out diagnosed it and replaced the igniter. Other than the after hours rates for the service call, I was happy that they came out and fixed the problem quickly.

Used Classic to replace my Carrier furnace, I will never use them again. My Carrier Heating System failed after less than 10 years of service so we called Classic since they were listed as a Carrier Dealer. Since the installation, myself and my wife have had alot of respiratory issues: nose bleeds, respiratory problems, etc. Finally after a period of winter driness, I started to suspect the Aprilaire humidifier which is part, and controlled by the Carrier Infinity system.

I naturally called the local Aprilaire humidifier representative who came and assessed the situation. He discovered that during the Carrier system replacement, Classic had never reconnected the humidifier and never bothered to included in the system as it was before the installation. The Aprilaire rep hooked it up and programmed it into the Infinity thermostat, all problems went away.

I called and spoke to Tim (president of Classic): I eplained to him the situation and requested that hClassic should refund me $132 I paid for the Aprilaire service call. Tim replied that I should have called Classic first and had no intention of pay the bill. I explained to him and repeated 3 different times that the reason I called Aprilaire was that I supected an Aprilaire failure and not the fact that Classic had neglected to finish the installation. After all the nose bleeds and trips to the drug store for cough and allergy medicine, they would not even own up and pay for their mistake.shameful!

My A/C went out. I Called Classic and spoke with Barb in the office. I was surprised at how fast the service tech was able to get out. Dave, the service tech explained the problem and was able to fix it. A/C is working good now, price seemed fair
