The installers where the best. Had it stop working 24 hours later on a holiday weekend(Memorial Day) and the installer came over right away found the problem and fixed it even though he was getting ready to to go camping with his family. The company is amazing the service was great. Wouldn't go to anyone else nor should you. They are the best of the best

Excellent service from start to finish during the time of our gas conversion. The pricing was fair and the products are quality. We replaced our old propane heating system, water heater, and had a new AC unit installed. Tom was a delight to work with along with his team, Hunter, Ricky, and Dakota. All were very knowledgable and informative while answering questions, and giving professional and promt service.

The office ladies Katie and Mindy were friendly and also very helpful in handling the rebates from the utility companies. Because I was so happy with how our conversion went my dad went ahead with this company for his conversion needs too. I will definitley contiue using this team for my homes heating and cooling needs and highly recommend this company to everyone.

My heater was'nt behaving this morning. I called on Carmichael Heating. The receptionist was very helpful and someone show up to my house about an hour later. Phil Zwier was the Service Manager and found my problem straight away. I had done some sanding in the kitchen a couple days prior and failed to change my filter! Moreover, Mr. Zwier finished my "tune up" and the system is so much more quiet than it was before my mishap.

The system warms up the house quicker than before as well. Mr. Zwier supplied me with some very useful information. I found my heating and cooling company! Thank you so much!

We have used Carmichael Heating and Air Conditioning for over 15 years, in 3 different homes, from install of new furnace and hot water heater to complete duct work and HVAC install in a new build. The response time to any need is fantastic and the quality of work is superb. Phil has gone above and beyond when walking us through simple issues when he could have charged us for a service call. I would highly recommend them to anyone and feel confident in doing so.

We have used Carmichael exclusive for the past 4 years (since we moved to the area). They have installed a new mini-split, done regular maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning and helped with the installation of a bathroom ventilation system. In every case the service has been professional, courteous and competent. We would highly recommend them in all cases. Very happy with their service.

Central air died, they came to check it out on my lunch break so I could be there. Turns out my AC was only 30 years old! New unit installed two days later! The other guys told me they couldn't even come look at it until Monday and I had a new unit before the weekend Fast friendly service.

When my air stopped working on a Friday they were able to come same day! Brandon was our service man who had deliver the bad news...Air Conditioner was DEAD! We were leaving to go out of town but Carmichael/Brandon came out on a Saturday and put in a Air Conditioner. They worked with us being out of town and we came home to nice cool house. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would!

I love Carmichael. I don't use anyone else. We have an old furnace that breaks pretty frequently, and they always get someone out to me really quick and the prices are very reasonable. They are the heroes of summer! Our a/c went out last Friday night. A technician was at the house Monday morning, only to discover that our old unit needed to be replaced. By afternoon, I had a quote and an install date. Tonight, we are sleeping in comfort once again.
Katie rocked the organizing and follow up. Brenden was awesome and had us up and running in no time.
