Westshore Mechanical did a great job for us. We had an a/c blower motor issue that was extraordinarily difficult due to the need for a special programming tool. Mike did a fantastic job installing a new motor and getting it programmed. He was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and kept us informed each step of the way. It was a pleasure to have him in our house doing what needed to be done.

Westshore Mechanical has been easy to contact and quick to set up service on short notice. Brian has been great, he first came out for fall tune up prior to heat coming on, and immediately noted some issues we needed to have addressed. He has been prompt and on time, gets the service done quickly and efficiently, and clearly has a lot of experience doing what he does.

Professional and looking out for our best interest, Brian communicates effectively and clearly, set good expectations for next steps for both parties, was easy to contact and friendly to boot. West Shore is the only place I could find that repairs a gas fireplace. Brian did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all our questions and finished the job quickly. I will definitely use West Shore Mechanical again and I highly recommend them.

Brian Smith came out to my house on quite a short notice and quickly repaired my furnace, and while he was at it he rewired part of it so it was better and more intuitive. Westshore Mechanical was assigned from our home warranty company. They were able to come out and diagnose the problem right away. The claim took over 6 weeks to get resolved, but that was because of our home warranty and not Westshore Mechanical. Westshore was amazing during the process. Cris was always super helpful when we called to get status updates and she even would reach out to our home warranty company for us to try and get answers and get things moving. Once everything was approved and the new unit was in, Westshore was able to come out the very next day and get us up and running! I would definitely use them again.

Westshore Mechanic was very courteous and professional from their primary point of contact to the workers that came out. My central air unit was replaced without a problem.

Called after hours and had a new capacitor installed and running by 9am the next morning. Doesn't get any better than that. When the AC unit needs anything else I'll be back to this business. One technician came on time and was very polite. He thoroughly cleaned the AC unit outside and surprised me with what came out! He then insulated a line ( at my request) and was done. He told me our unit did not require additional refrigerant or any other service. How honest! Thank you Westshore Mechanical for prompt, professional, trustworthy service!

Great service- came promptly and fixed issue that prior two repair agents couldn't fix. Very professional! We had a heat pump configuration that others were not familiar but Westshore's Mechanic was able to diagnose and fix. We will use them again!
