Albert and Robert were excellent. They called ahead to tell me they were on their way and arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. They performed routine maintenance on my furnace and air humidifier. I was pleased with their courtesy and politeness and ability to explain what they did, including suggestions to improve the performance of my unit. Great experience with Chaves HVAC!

I had an emergency diagnostic visit from Mark. He was thoroughly professional, efficient and diagnosed the issue. He was masked the entire t8me and was extremely careful about using the protective booties while in my home. First rate service! Going forward, I hope he is my regular technician. Beyond happy! One of the hottest days and my AC decided to quit as I'm sure happened to many. Called and told I could be put on a list but could be up to 3 weeks. A few days later I get a call that one of the techs was in the area and could he come over. I had to leave but we set things up and off I went. My son called to say problem found but no part on the truck.but someone from the office was driving it to the house!
What wonderful service! By the time I got home the temp in the house had gone from 87 to 80 and dropped quickly from there. Thank you Chaves for your dedication to the customer and excellent service!

Chaves installed a new and complete Bosch heat pump system. Joe Chaves did a superb job selecting the system and its components and was always available to answer questions. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The system is running beautifully and is performing as I was told it would. The work was performed very professionally. The workers were very competent, polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.
