I had a plumbing issue that could have turned into a real nightmare, real quick. I contacted John and he set me up with someone who came out and stopped a leak almost immediately and probably saved my ceiling. The price was incredibly reasonable also. Fast forward a couple months my mini split system stopped working so I reached out to John again and within days they had come out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and repaired the entire system. Couldn't give any higher praise to this business if I tried, they're super fast, highly efficient, and everyone who works for them are genuinely nice people.

I had a great experience with Main Stream Mechanical with our removal of our old oil boiler and installation of our new gas boiler and water tank. Eric was great in providing all of the information needed when he came to provide a quote and answered all my questions. We had to deal with National Grid to get a new gas line, account, and MassSave loan, and though National Grid was a little difficult to work with, Main Stream Mechanical was amazing and very accommodating to National Grid's ever moving schedule.

When National Grid finally had the gas line installed Main Stream's team lead by Nick was professional, courteous and just all around great. They removed all the old oil boiler and installed everything within a few days and cleaned up as if they were never there. Our experience went very well with Main Stream Mechanical and we'll be surely using them in the future!

Mainstream Mechanical performed repairs on my central AC system and also on my tankless heat and hot water system. Great service from the start. Erik came to my house to provide information about the product. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Technicians did a great job in the installation, keeping me updated on the progress as I was working at home. They even braved the April nor'easter storm, to get as much done before it was unsafe to be up on a ladder. Nick took the time to explain how the system worked when all was complete. I was dreading having my nearly 20-year-old gas furnace replaced but Main Stream Mechanical made it easy and painless. I was able to use Mass Save's HEAT Loan and furnace rebate program and Brenda helped me learn what to expect, and she was super communicative about scheduling and the entire furnace replacement process.
