INDUCT 2000 utilizes tested ActivePure technology to substantially reduce odors, visible smoke in the air, and treat contamination on surfaces. Available for 100 or 277 volt installation, the INDUCT 2000 can be inserted into a duct or plenum as a low maintenance way to incorporate air treatment into HVAC systems, requiring no cleaning.
Does it really matter where you get your furnace, air conditioner, or propane? Absolutely. This means you can be rest assured you will get the quality workmanship you expect and we strive to achieve. We have made this effort in offering propane for one reason, to better serve you, our friends and neighbors.
Geothermal systems circulate a water-based solution through tubes that are buried 4-6 feet below ground, where temperature is consistent year-round. During the winter warm temperatures are disbursed in your house through heat absorbed from under ground. During the summer months, heat is circulated out and absorbed into the ground to cool your house.
Outdoor wood boilers are an economic option when considering how to heat your home. Not only is wood affordable in comparison to natural gas or electricity. Choosing a wood boiler allows you the flexibility of choosing a sheltered or non-sheltered unit. If you already have an existing shed or shop, you may use that to house your boiler.

Choosing Custom Heating and Cooling to install a new furnace and tankless water heater has become the worst decision I've ever made. I would NEVER recommend them. They did the install in 2013. In 2017 we went to sell our home and had a home inspection. The inspector failed both the furnace and water heater stating the issues are a SAFETY CONCERN.
We spoke to the inspector and informed him that we had Custom Heating and Cooling do the install in 2013 and we asked if these issues he speaks of now would have been code when the installation was done. The inspector said "No". So, since Custom Heating and Cooling did not do the installation to code I figured it would be most appropriate for them to get someone out here and fix it so it would pass the re-inspection and we could continue the sale of our home.
First time I called I explained to a lady who answered the phone that the installation was not passing the home inspection and I would like some help getting someone over to fix it. She told me she would have someone from that department give me a call, so I thanked her and ended the call. Never got a call back that whole day. The second morning I called back. Spoke to a different lady (maybe?) and explained the situation all over again, asking for help to get it fixed in time to continue the sale of my home.
This lady tried to tell me that the installation was done to code back when it was done but began to stutter when I asked her if she could give me the code number saying it was ok, or tell me where I could find it. This upset me because she tried to lie to me just to get the heat off their horrible company. She couldn't give me a code number and informed me she would have to speak to the boss and see how he would like to handle this, she'd give me a call back before noon.
After getting off the phone with her we called the inspector again to ask him where we can double verify the code. The inspector made several calls to double check that he was not wrong himself about this issue, and before noon he was able to let us know that it is international code that you could not do what Custom Heating and Cooling did. The inpector told us to ask Custom Heating and Cooling for the COM number stating it was ok for them to install stuff as they did in 2013.
If we could provide the inspector with that, then we wouldnt need to change it. 2 o'clock came and I still hadn't received a call back from Custom Heating and Cooling, so I called them. During this call she tells me that she was still waiting for a call back about something but either way the soonest she could squeeze us in would be 3 days from then (the day that my realtor needed to have inspector approvals to the buyers bank).
So talk about cutting it close. At this point I just desperately needed the issues fixed that I accepted the appointment and thanked her for her help. The night before Custom Heating and Cooling was supposed to come out and fix our furnace and water heater I get a call from the lady in the office telling me that they will not be able to make it over in the morning to fix my problems. Further more she suggests that if I need it done quickly I should hire someone else.
I explained to her that I felt since Custom Heating and Cooling did not install it correctly in the first place that I should not have to pay someone else to fix it and they should want to right their wrong as a company. Once again she tried to give me some BS about how it was code back then, but couldn't give me the COM number. She circled around and suggested I get someone else.
I agreed and told her to contact me back with the COM number. I know that I will never receive a call back. I also know that she is so full of crap and trying to cover the ass off their irresponsible installers, by stating it was code at one time. Then why such an issue reassuring me with the COM number? I know that Custom Heating and Cooling has been endangering the safety of my family for the past 4 years, and we didn't even know it.
Custom heating and cooling states on their website. Welcome to Custom Heating & Plumbing for all your HVAC and plumbing needs, both residential and commercial. For years we have been providing the highest level of home comfort products for Central Wisconsin. Our philosophy is simple, our clients are our most important assets and to protect them we provide the best service and equipment available. WHAT A JOKE #crappyservicecompany Furthermore, we had to pay someone over $600 to do what they should have done correctly in the first place, because of the time crunch on closing the sale of our home.
This company does not care about the safety and satisfaction of their customers, and they surely do not provide the highest standard of care. BEWARE of Custom heating and cooling. I would only recommend them to my ex-wife #theirphilosophyisabunchofBS

I give this company a 1. DO NOT USE THEM! And they only got a 1 because when Terry or Larry came out to Quote the replacement of a furnace. He was very nice and I liked the sound of a small local company. But once a repair needed to be done to it things became more complicated. It took a long time for them to find somebody to come to my location and during this time I had no idea what was going on because upon the initial call I WAS NOT informed of this.
I had to call back to see what was going on. Then the repairman called me and wasn't happy about this job being added to his schedule. ONCE, there he fixed the heater drain pipe and I asked if he could turn the incoming gas on my water heater a couple of turns which he did, but wasn't happy about doing. Then, I receive a bill for $140 - The heater was under warranty so they had to come out anyway. $75 for the trip there them $65 for parts and Labor. Plus, when I called about this fee which no parts was need and the pipe only had to be turned 2 turns. She said it was a fee from them to go back to the office. AGAIN, I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AND I WILL LET ALL MY FRIEND KNOW NOT TO USE THEM AS WELL!
