Reigel Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning has been serving the Marshfield community and surrounding area since 1969. The original owner, Bill Reigel, was a plumber with a keen interest in buying specialty parts. This interest led to the construction of the present retail store, an addition to his established plumbing business.
Good morning - I hope you noticed the Reigel truck in our driveway this morning - the very nicest man is in the basement with Bruce helping us out with the water heater - And, I might add, the very tallest of the Reigel employees, I believe. He even told me I could continue practicing my piano music.

I was very happy with my service call yesterday. I called about a problem and he came and figured out the extact problem I was having. He explained the problem and what would need to be done and even though the job was not what I thought it was, he was professional and got the job done in a timely manner. We have had Scott come on several occasions, in fact whenever I need someone now, I specifically try to ask for Scott. He is EXCELLENT and puts the customers needs first. He is very thorough, and explains what he is doing and why. I should also give kudos to Doug in the sales (?) department. He is very knowledgeable and patient, a real asset to the company. Takes the time to make sure he understands the problem at hand before scheduling someone to come.
In the first week of 2018, one of the coldest on record, our furnace decided to go out. We knew we needed a new furnace, but they were booked up after the holiday weekend, and would be unable to get the system installed for a day or two. Reigels installed a temporary replacement part in our old furnace (which was a costly component, and one that was not widely available) so that we would have heat until they were able to install the new unit.
The overall bill was very fair (in fact, I don't think there was a separate charge for the temporary replacement part or the service call to install it). We were very pleased with how the whole job was handled calmly and efficiently.

My father in law had a back up in the basement. He was hesitant to call because that's just him. We made him call and a young man named Scott came to the house. He instantly took charge and was VERY focused. He assessed the situation, asked questions, looked around and got busy right away. He took the time and explained everything that he was doing, showed my father in law so he could see it for himself and finished up.
We received the bill in the mail days later and we were happily surprised they didn't take advantage because they are senior citizens A very fair Bill for a very good, honest job done! *****But wait, there's more****** Scott also came to the aid of my mother in law who had fallen to her knees getting out of the car after a doctors appointment. She had recently had surgery and was still pretty weak. Scott was very kind a gentle with her and reinforced the fact that she was no bother to both her and my father in law. Excellent job Scott, And thank you from our whole family! As my father in law said."Senior Citizen Approved"!
