Outstanding! From the initial call to the time Nate left, nothing but Aces with Patriot. We've been using them for years now for our tune ups and have never been disappointed. They have never tried to pitch us on work they didn't feel was needed at the time. Instead, they tell you what they think could be an issue going forward and provide an estimate so you have an idea of the cost when the issue takes place.

I'm sure they could try to extract plenty from us as our equipment is 18 years old. But nope. They don't play that game. Nate is outstanding - extremely knowledgable and explains things in a way a regular guy like myself can understand. It's great never having to worry about being taken for a ride with something you know nothing about. 5 stars all the way!

The first sign that this is a great company was that they answered the phone promptly and were extremely friendly. The owner cam out the next day and did a thorough inspection to properly quote the job. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained all the ins and outs of the job and even offered advice on maintaining our heating system which he hadn't installed. Maegan and team at Patriot were extremely accommodating when setting up the install date and details of the job.

The installers Efrain and Decory were fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They even found an issue in my heater that would have cost me thousands if they hadn't seen it. In summary, Patriot has competitive prices, great customer service, and extremely friendly staff. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs moving foreword.

I had Patriot Heating &Cooling install central air in my home and I was very impressed with the way they worked and the quality of the product. John was very informative explaining everything that would take place and answering any concerns. Was on time. Haven't maintained my two natural gas furnaces in 3 years. Adam was able to tune'em up and clarified no issues with them and diagnosis resulted in a normal response.

Used Patriot Heating the past couple of years for yearly service and they've been great. Had some work done today and Zach came onsite and worked on our system. Responsive and personal service. This company installed a whole new heating & air conditioning system in my home. They are great. I recently had a concern over how my heat was responding to this unusual cold and they took my call after hours and talked me through what was happening and encouraged me to call back if needed. It seems they were correct and everthing was fine.

A couple of days later they called back just to check in to make sure everything was ok before an upcoming cold weekend. Who does that these days?. Patriot Heating does. Best service around.

Short Version: Great overall service, Knowledgeable Service Professionals, Upfront, Honest, On time and friendly! Thanks to Nate and Zach for solving our boiler issues. Long Version: Our boiler stopped working the Friday before labor day weekend and we were lucky to have Patriot come out that day to survey the situation. It was decided that we needed a new boiler valve.

Given the long weekend and stocking issues they had to order it from PA, which meant they would get the part the following Wed. It arrived on schedule as expected and they were able to send out a repairman that day. The technician installed the new valve but was still having troubles getting the boiler to ignite. They didn't give up or try to throw more parts into it.

They stayed as long as it took to solve the problem including contacting the boiler manufacturer and calling in another Patriot technician. Patriot solved our problem and as a new customer we would not hesitate to call them in again!

We needed our estimate quickly (before others expired) and Patriot accommodated the request. They were on site and completed the job within two weeks of our accepting the quote. We always prefer the attention of smaller businesses with local accountability. They will be a frontrunner when we look for AC quotes next year. Service: Install heating system

I had been dealing with a boiler issue for a month, I could not get a call back from multiple outfits. I was referred to Patriot by my neighbor and it couldn't have worked out better. Megan(I hope I remembered that right) got me on the books for first thing the next morning. Mike and Tristan came to my house and immediately said "good morning Jed, how can we help you".

The use of my first name was an incredible touch. They were able to fix my boiler quickly and cleanly putting a month of frustration to rest. Thank you, Patriot, for the professionalism and talent. Kudos to the whole team, I'll definitely be a repeat and referring customer.

I have to apologize for my post about Patriot Heating & cooling. In the heat of the moment I put up a negative review there was a misunderstanding the company was very very busy as you can imagine I thought i had an appointment on that Monday but they were going to do their best to come out but they were loaded with calls and appointments and they were not able to get to me.

I just happened to come across my post and noticed a response from the owners wife she was very graceful and understanding about my post she apologized for not being able to get to me. I understand things happen and there are only so many calls they or any other company can handle in a day. I would call the company & utilize them if anything went wrong with my system once again they were very very nice despite my bad review.

I have to thank them once again for understanding how I was feeling. We texted back & forth for quite a while long story short i was very impressed with how much they cared & their response.

From my initial phone call with Meagen, to the completion of the work we couldn't be more satisfied. I had spent about an hour calling different companies and not getting anyone on the phone or they didn't work in the area. These guys were not only on time, but they got me on the schedule within just a few business days! Truly professional team, highly recommend them if you need any heating/cooling work done.

I consider myself fortunate to have found Patriot Heating & Cooling just when I needed my furnace fixed in a hurry. They were polite, personable, punctual, proficient, pleasant and professional. Patriot had my heat back on in a very short amount of time. Their rates were very reasonable, and it's clear that they care about their customers. I intend to call Patriot for my future HVAC needs, and heartily recommend them to anyone looking for the highest quality service.

The technician, Nathan, was very personable, helpful, and polite leaving the workplace as he found it. I know the service call was an add on to his schedule so major work was scheduled a few days out, getting my zone back working was the important thing. I have been a customer of Art & Colleen for about 30 years and have always been treated with great customer service.

I honestly struggle to find the words to describe this organization and the decisions they make. 2 years ago, I had a very negative experience with this company through a home warranty provider. It's a long story that I won't bore the reader with. I was extremely inconvenienced and nearly had frozen pipes, as a result. Having felt so wronged, angry and disappointed, I expressed this in the form of a negative review, which is my right as a consumer.

Fast forward 2 years.once again, I needed to use my home warranty company for service. Once again, they assigned Patriot Heating and Cooling to my call. I made an appointment, moved my whole schedule around for the next day, and then? I get a call at 9pm at night telling me because I left a negative review they won't honor the appointment they made(!). So, rather than attempt to win the business of this consumer back, they double-down on the HORRIBLE customer service and supreme inconvenience to the client.

This company represents the very worst of contractors and they could really use a dose of customer service and social media awareness before they inconvenience a consumer with cowardice and dishonesty. Steer clear and find another contractor.

On the coldest day we have had this year, our furnace decided to shut down. We called Patriot and within a short period of time, 2 technicians came out. Colin and Kyle quickly found the problem and fixed it! They were very professional, knowledgeable and did not leave until it was up and running perfectly. I highly recommend Patriot and Colin and Kyle were great!

Colleen & Art are the best! Art came to the house and gave us an estimate for a new boiler on a Thursday. The stars aligned and new unit was installed in ONE day the following Tuesday. Great service, financing, and great staff. We're their customers for life.

Our heating system failed on a Sunday night and they got us up, and running the next day. Thanks to Al and his nephew we have heat again! Professional, knowledgable and courteous

Let me start off by saying Patriot was amazing. I'm in the military and gone a lot, my wife is usually home running the show. Our boiler failed and leaked carbon monoxide into the house on a Sunday night and The owner of patriot came out immediately just to make sure everything was shut down and my family was ok. He kept in contact with us up until the point of new installation, and gave us multiple system quotes so we could choose what best fit us.

Once his team showed up they were all professionally dressed and very courteous. The boiler installation was a work of art and looks amazing, they were even shining the pipes at the end. I'd recommend patriot to ANYONE. Excellent service.
