Zibby is everything I was looking for: very responsive and communicative (both while scheduling an appointment and on the day of my appointment before his arrival), punctual, courteous, respectful, highly knowledgable, experienced, and properly equipped. He rescued my 30-year-old oil furnace, which was sputtering and coughing, and got it humming along smoothly again by clearing out an obstruction in the fuel line, replacing the fuel filter and sprayer nozzle (both of which were absolutely caked in sludge), brushing and vacuuming out the insides of the heat exchanger, cleaning the air intakes, and correcting the igniter electrode spacing (remarking that the previous technician clearly didn't know what they were doing). I would definitely recommend Zibby for furnace maintenance/repair and will hire him again.

Excellent service. Zibby is friendly, honest, and efficient. He was also able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday to inspect my central a/c. Our failing heating system had been a problem for two years. We had worked with another contractor who did their best but was unfamiliar with a system as old as ours, which was installed in the 80s. Zibby did a good job getting us through the winter but was very honest with us that the system was going to fail eventually and the parts were not being manufactured for a system as old as ours.

He worked with us to figure out what would be a good replacement that met our budget in terms of space and cost. The work was done quickly and to a high degree of quality. We couldn't be happier with the results.
