I would never use this company after being cut off by their work van, then repeatedly and aggressively brake checked after honking at them for cutting me off. Whoever was driving on the service road of 183 near the Saint John's neighborhood today was trying to cause a wreck and could have seriously injured someone. The level of unprofessionalism just displayed on the road is staggering, and leads me to believe the employees here are not trustworthy.

Worked there, wish I didn't. They seek to change what's wrong by throwing new blood into the mix, but the old, tired blood makes sure that's not going to happen. Top management will not listen or hear what they need to hear if it involves their closest lackeys, and then expect you to fall on your sword. No onboard process, lackeys give incorrect information in specs, no company support, puts people on projects that exceed budget requirements and blame subordinates, allows general contractors to dominate, and does not follow up on charges for change orders. A solid wall of old timers playing the owners, while happy with status quo, politics with sacrifice of Lamb operation. Never again.

Please tell driver in van #83 to get off his phone. He drove for 5 miles in the left lane of 183 going 35 mph in a 60 mph zone while glued to his phone.

Critical: Professionalism Husband has a medical condition, he no longer works there so he lost his insurance. They refused to give me a letter of lost if coverage. So i can add him on my insurance. Preston cussed me out and then hung up the phone.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Warranty is void, all the money I have paid them to set up my unit, is wasted. They have no concern for items and products that do not work and are not installed correctly.
