Today was my first time working with Grande Air, and I was thoroughly impressed. Isael came out and explained everything he was doing, gave me some tips, and provided estimates of when some of the moving parts may need replacement. My husband was very impressed with the service we were given and said the Tech was very knowledgeable and came straight to us first thing in the morning when we called after business hours the night before. Our AC was not blowing cold air and he fixed it easily and told us that our system was still under warranty so all we had to pay for was labor. Now were cool and happy in Texas hot October nights lol

We had our A/C just stopped working one night. I called them after hours and they were the only one who returned my call. I talked to a lady and she gave me a schedule for the morning at 10am. 10 mins before 10am I got a called from their technician Jaime that he is on his way. After 20-30 mins he was able to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for your prompt and good service.

I can not recommend this company enough! We'd been without AC for 3 weeks and were using another company that made several mistakes making our AC situation worse. We called Grande Air Solutions on a Saturday when the original company we used wouldn't come out to help us. Jaime came out and was so kind and thorough - he knew exactly what was wrong right away.

He saw the mistakes the other company made and was able to get our AC up and running within a couple of hours. It was a major fix and with it being a Saturday night, we weren't sure if he'd want to stay to complete a big project, but he did and he was so nice about it! He even stayed 20 minutes after completing the repairs to make sure the AC was working properly and the temperature was going down. Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much, Jaime!

If you are in the market for a new HVAC system, I highly recommend considering Grande air. The owner (Izzy) is one of the most honest people I've met and is very concerned about quality control. I replaced my entire HVAC system with them and he came out multiple times to inspect the system after it was installed. I also had something the AC breakdown at a different house I own over a holiday weekend and he called me personally to walk me through some troubleshooting without expecting payment. Very high quality work for a reasonable price. This company goes above and beyond for their customers.

Had my AC go out late on a Friday.great timing right? The temp started to soar in the house and I called Grande Air after 5:00 PM. They were able to dispatch a tech to my house in under an hour. Thankfully it was a pretty easy fix but they got me signed up for a biannual maintenance plan to prevent issues down the road. Couldn't be happier!

Ivan arrived on time, was friendly and followed good COVID protocols. He was very knowledgeable concerning our HVAC equipment and made suggestions to allow for peak performance. I felt the price for the service was fair. And I signed up for annual service plan, so I feel confident Grande Air will help us stay cool in summer and warm in winter.

I called Grande Air Solutions in a pinch, my pop up AC unit started leaking all over my floor in my office. I wanted to get a mini-split installed to replace it so I started calling around to local AC installers/repair places, the vast majority of them wanted to charge me 5k-8k on the install! When I called Grande up, they had Alex out within the hour to quote me a very responsible price, much much lower then anyone else but inline with what I was expecting.

The very next day the installers showed up and start the work. Let me say, I expect a LOT out of installers who are inside my house and they did not disappoint. Everything that could get dirty was covered, floor protected and wearing PPE (covid era). They did a great job explaining things along the way for me, they put in a long day and didn't leave here until the job was 100%, I couldn't have been happier with the service and response. I will be an advocate of Grande Air to anyone I meet needed AC service in the Austin Area.

We have used Grand Air Solutions several times and they have consistently taken care of our AC problems promptly and efficiently. I find them to be very hard workers, honest, courteous and friendly. I feel they go above and beyond what the work entails. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

This is a true professional- honest and thorough. I had done my own quick assessment that our reversing valve on our heat pump was bad. I jumped to the wrong conclusion and he could have charged me big bucks for replacing that reversing valve- that wasn't it, it was that the stat was bad (something I should have caught), and we got it replaced and he only charged me for the service call. I highly recommend Grande to anyone!

Excellent service. Isael was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable of not just the AC unit but with the HVAC service as a whole. Because of this experience, he explained to me the discrepancy in price and why he was more affordable than others. I would definitely call again if service is needed.

My AC was leaking air badly from a very poor installation job. I called this company, spoke with Isael and he was able to show up that night. He looked at the whole system, showed me what the issues were and took the time to explain things. Very knowledgeable guy, very happy and will not call anyone else. A million thanks.
