Needed to get our system replaced, which is intimidating. I don't know anything about HVAC systems other than that they are expensive. Staff walked me and my wife through the process of choosing the right system for our house, making sure we didn't choose options that are more than what we needed. That was huge! Taking the time to talk with us and make sure that we weren't spending more than necessary speaks volumes about the type of business Air Worth is.

We came home from a trip on Friday afternoon to find one of our units blowing hot air and another not cooling very well. We called Air Worth, hoping for an appointment the next day. They were very helpful and told us a technician could be by between 6 and 8. David showed up at 5:30 and solved all of our problems in under an hour. David was extremely professional and personable.
He knew exactly what needed to be done and was very thorough. It's a real pleasure to find a trustworthy and dependable company. I would highly recommend David and Air Worth Heating & Cooling.

I can't say enough about this company. Checks off all boxes of customer service, timeliness, responsiveness and overall professionalism. Mark the Master Technician is amazing. Came by on his day off when his VM and texts were not being responded to. Turns out the number was block as a result of all the phone solicitors calling. I inadvertently blocked number.
My error. But his concern to get things right was incredible. Next day David from the office calked as follow up. This company is top notch. No question about it. This is how you run a successful long standing business. Thank you team!

My heater went out during the ice storm. I called Air Worth off a Nextdoor App recommendation and they had someone out very quickly even though the roads were very icy and the technician came from his home in Arlington that was without power. Fortunately it was a quick and easy repair. Wonderful service and I will definitely use this company for any HVAC needs I may need in the future.

Our air conditioner quit cooling on a 98 degree Texas afternoon. We called Air Worth and David came out and had us all fixed up in no time! David is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and fixed what needed fixing. Told us about their twice a year maintenance service, which is surprisingly affordable. Would highly recommend.

I am extremely happy with AirWorth customer service. I discovered AirWorth about 5 years ago and do not think other companies are as knowledgeable and personable. David and Mark have been punctual, professional, and honest. In addition, price is reasonable and fair. I've used other companies in the past and I was constantly spending money out of my own pocket.
They never got to the main cause to why my a/c was not working properly. When I called AirWorth, Mark knew immediately what the issue was and immediately checked to see if there was still warranty on the unit. The main office filed a claim for part replacements which saved me thousands and the unit was replaced immediately. They've gone above and beyond for me and bc of that I highly recommend this company.

David came out on a Sunday right before the Cowboys game was supposed to start and was able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue with our thermostat wire. I was having nightmares that we would need a new outside unit, so for him to tell us otherwise was such a relief! He answered right away and was helpful in giving additional recommendations to prevent the issue in the future. We have had work done inside as well in the past few months and had great rapport and experience then as well. Thank you David! I highly recommend this company!

I called Air Worth to come out and check my system before we get into the brutally high temps. As when I've done this before, I received a text letting me know Mark was on his way. He arrived on time and was professional and friendly! He explained what he was checking and advised me of what needed to be done. It is such a great feeling to know you can trust Air Worth. their customer service is impeccable! I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have my AC/Heat serviced twice a year a well as other work and have always had very good quality work done. The company is great and David and Mark are awesome technicians! Many of my family uses them as well. I cant say enough for these guys! Thank you for always be there for me!

Giving this company 3 stars because eventually the unit cooled. My issue holding back a higher rating is that I called him out because I own a couple homes, 3 AC units, for the last 25 years. I am not new to AC issues. I knew that the issue was and told him. I called him out to replace a capacitor, nothing else. Install that, the unit will kick on.
Cheap and easy fix. A gentec cap at Home Depot is about $14. Yep, $14. Discharge the old one with a screw driver, take it off, replace it. Charge me for a service call, maybe jack up the part price a bit, then boom, cool air and that's that. Well I once stopped using this company because it started to seem as if the techs are on salary, plus commission for upselling other services or parts.
If this is the case, it makes the possibility for defrauding over over charging customers an obvious issue. Doesn't mean they will all be dishonest, but it would make dishonesty incentivized, and reward those techs that bring in the biggest numbers, and parts sold at an ungodly mark up. When we didn't have Youtube and the internet to cross reference and diagnose issues, and if I did not have a Nephew that is an HVAC tech but that lives too far, I would not be so upset that I felt had.
He was a very pleasant person, but maybe this was a part of the manner in which the hammer was applied. So, an issue I have had several times over the course of 223 years of home ownership, that has never run a hair over $200 including the recharge, capacitor, and service call, ran close to $500, just a year past the last time I had this done by a competitor, same city.
Another note, upstairs unit was chilly prior to the service of the downstairs unit. When the tech left, upstairs was warm. Not in relationship to the downstairs because of the fix, but unusually warm considering years both ran fine. He mentioned cleaning both. I did not ask for the upstairs to be serviced. What happened to the upstairs unit? What? Was I supposed to then call him back to now "fix" this one that magically started to warm up? Um, No.
So I called the company I switched to in the first place. in the words of former President G.W. Bush. "There's an old saying in Tennessee -- I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee -- that says, fool me once, shame on -- shame on you. Fool me -- you can't get fooled again." At least I tried to allow them a chance for redemption. Seems like they are determined to upsell themselves out of my consideration ever again.

Air Worth recently installed a new American Standard Platinum unit in my 35 year old house. I have become a huge fan of the "variable speed compressor" technology and the ability to control the thermostat from my iPhone. Matt Romero and his crew could not have been better to work with. The unit was inspected today by the City of Hurst inspector who said the workmanship was superb.

The owner of this firm is a completely honest and trustworthy man. I worked with him many years ago and his knowledge and understanding of home comfort is unmatched. After 25 years in the industry I retired disgusted with the way the "Big" companies lie, cheat, and steal from their customers. Matt is a great guy with a wonderful family. Our air stopped working on a Friday night and we called Matt on the next Saturday morning and he had David a tech at our house within 30 minutes (he told us an hour and surpassed that, love a business that under promises and over delivers). David was very professional and took care of us the same day, despite having to go buy a part to fix our air conditioner.
The overall service was very reasonably priced in my opinion and I would highly recommend this business to my friends and family as well as use them again. Our AC unit broke down completely and I was afraid of what the inevitable replacement unit and labor would cost. The consultation was handled that day with TOTAL professionalism. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a certain unit and the prices were below my research and expectations! I recently purchased a new A/C and heat pump from Air Worth. They came out to service my A/C a year ago and were not pushy at all when I wasn't ready to replace my 30 year old unit, but gave me great information and advice so that this summer I was ready to take the plunge of buying a new unit. We've had Air Worth come to our rescue twice and loved both experiences. We've had other companies service our air conditioner and shrug their shoulders when I asked why our daughter's room was always 10 degrees warmer than the other bedroom right next door. The first time Air Worth serviced our air conditioner (promptly and professionally), I asked the the same question.
The technician quickly determined that her room wasn't getting the same amount of air flow as the other rooms. The following day, the owner Matt Romero, climbed up in my sweltering attic and was able to replace some ductwork. Her room is now a pleasant place for guests and family alike. The second time was a late Saturday evening when we noticed our thermostat was suddenly blank with no display. Again, an SOS to their number yielded a service call from none other than the owner.
After replacing a switch, and heading back to the office for a replacement part, we've got a working thermostat and cool sleeping conditions. From now on, for home or business needs, I'll only call and refer Air Worth.

The service we received was stellar and faster than any a/c company we have ever dealt with in the past.
