Critical: Quality I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. This will be the fourth time we have had them come out to fix our brand new unit they installed. Every time they come out to do "repairs" it is never resolved. Once again we are without AC until they decide to answer the phone. Do Not Use This Contractor! Scott replaced a condenser fan motor three months ago and it failed again. Called to have someone come out and they were 10 hours late. Tech looked at the motor and said it was "bad". I obtained a new motor but no one ever showed up to install it. No return of my calls or text messages. Contacted Azle Air and they replaced the motor the same day.
Reason for motor failure? Scott failed to remove the rubber drain plug on the motor and it shorted out due to recent rain. I am now it the cost of a new motor and install. Do Not Use This Company For Your HVAC Needs!

I would not recommend this company to anyone except an enemy. Installed a fan motor and it failed after 3 months. Service manager Scott, who did the original install, told me he would be out at 8am the following morning. A different tech actually showed up at 7:30 pm the next day and diagnosed the problem as a "bad" motor. He told me I could purchase my own for repair to lessen the cost but did not say exactly what the problem was with the failed motor.
I actually had a couple of run capacitors that fit my unit and the tech grabbed them in leaving and said he'd be back the next day. Lies. I never heard from anyone. My calls and text messages went unanswered. I had a different company come out to install my furnished motor. Still cost me $150.00. And the reason the motor failed? Scott from HVAC Technical forgot to remove the rubber drain plug and the motor filled up with water during our recent rain. Rookie mistake for a guy who's been a tech for 30 years. Avoid this company at all costs!

Not a good company! Avoid at all costs! It's June 15th 2019 and our A/C went out. My wife is 6 months pregnant and I really need it fixed so she's not in the heat, so I called and talked to Scott at 4:30 pm. He told me he had a guy that could come out as soon as he was done with his current job. At 6:42 pm the tech called and was rambling incoherently but I got out of him that he was in Saginaw and would be here in 30 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later he wasn't here so I called back.
There employees just answer the phone with "hello" or "hi" so you really don't know who you're talking to. I asked the technician if he was coming out and he said he think he had the wrong address and asked for my address again. I gave him my address and asked when he could be here. He told me 15-30 minutes. So I asked "well what happened to earlier 1 1/2 hours ago when you told me 30-40 minutes?" The technician stated it hadn't been THAT long so I read my call log, 6:42, and it's now 8:10 pm.
The tech then rambled on some more asking what I expected and a bunch of other non-coherent banter. We called the main line back and when I told Scott what happened he got mad and hung up on me. Very unprofessional company!
