Alton Services has been taking care of our A/C unit for close to 10 years now. Their techs are awesome, & honest. Unfortunately, when they showed up last week, the cost to fix our 13 year old unit was 1/3 of the cost to get a brand new unit. So we bit the bullet, bought a brand new York Affinity system and they installed it on the very next day which happened to be on a Saturday.

Not only did they send their best techs, but Ernie Alton himself was there all day to assist in the install. If you value great customer service at good rates, you need to invite Alton Services to take care of your Air Conditioning needs. You'll be glad you did. They Rock! BTW, we LOVE the York's superior energy ratings and it is SO quiet too!

I came home late on a Friday night before a long holiday weekend to find my air conditioning not working. After calling my landlord I was promised "someone would call tomorrow." Looking like an uncomfortable night! Within a few minutes Wanda from Alton called and said a tech was on the way. Chris arrived around 8:30 and thoroughly checked the system and made the repairs.

He explained how everything was supposed to work and even offered maintenance tips to avoid future problems. He stayed until around 10:30 pm to ensure everything was operating as it should. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. Please call these folks if you ever need AC help. You'll be glad you did.
