Outstanding! Called several companies for service but they were the only one to take on the repair and installation of our geothermal system. They responded with follow-up phone calls to all my calls. Jennifer was a great help and always pleasant and knowledgeable. They were awesome when it came to service! They dug in, found the problem, dealt with all the tech support issues and got the job done quickly and right. I would highly recommend this company. Great people! I was having an issue with fuel flow on my oil furnace. Stopped in for a replacement filter and the lady at the desk took the time to help me troubleshoot the issue and potentially needed parts. Most places would tell you to schedule a service appointment. The next time I run into a problem I can't fix myself, I'll definitely be calling Gilleland.

G&M installed a mini-split system for our small vacation home. Eric was great to work with. In scheduling the appointment for the quote he was on time and sent me the quote within 24 hours. He and his crew showed up on time to install the unit professionally and efficiently and left the work area spotless. High quality work and service, plus a nice guy. Highly recommended.

We have used G & M for routine maintenance. The last 2 years our AC was acting up. Each time they repaired it the next day. This last year (Pandemic year) they said we can fix it but it's 27 years old and probably should be replaced. Eric came out in the Fall and gave us an estimate. He suggested ordering everything then since it was taking longer to receive supplies.
He said he would install it in the Spring since it was the AC that acted up each year. Perfect for us! Eric and Brian? came last week to install. They were professional, friendly, quick and clean. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

Eric was quick to respond to my phone call about information and quote. Received the quote very quickly. My Unit install was today! I highly recommend them. Had a new central air installed in my mother's house. Todd and Bob were the installers. They were scheduled for 8 am showed up on time and started right away. Extremely pleased with the work, never even knew they were there are the install. Clean and neat. Extremely professional and would highly recommend Gilleland and Merkosky for your heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks again you made my Mom very happy.

Todd and Bob from Gilleland & Merkosky installed a tankless hot water heater at our home. They were very professional and did a nice, neat installation. We were very happy with the work that they did. We were so happy with the work that we actually had them come back and replace our existing heating and cooling system with a geothermal unit. Eric, Todd and Bob have a thorough knowledge of this technology and were able to answer all of our questions.
The installation was, once again, done very neatly and looks great; and they cleaned up everything really well after they were finished. We would highly recommend Gilleland & Merkosky to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Gilleland & Merkosky installed a new mini split in my home this past week. Todd and Bob were the installers and did an excellent job. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I am so pleased with the new unit. My house is so comfortable and cool. This unit replaced one that was installed by another company a few years ago. I had numerous problems with the previous unit and decided to replace it.
