Ice Qube delivered a great product that is assembled, tested, and engineered in the USA! They are a small business that offers excellent customer service with the capability of a large corporation. I used them for a custom project that required an air conditioner to operate in extreme conditions in a limited amount of space! I would I would highly recommend them!

Customer service is great! I am often under the gun to submit last minute customer quotes for my customers. Jessica has returned my requests for quotes in less than half an hour. She is very knowledgeable with product selection and was very helpful when I needed alternatives quoted. She really made me feel like I was her most important customer today!

Worst buying experience I have ever had in my 25 years of being in my field. They will be nice to you till you have a issue and trust you'll have one i had units sent back multiple times most of them wouldn't even turn on. So it's like a game of Russian roulette but with your company. Buyers beware my company lost thousands due to the incompetence of Iceqube.
