We had a new heating system installed by Action when our old furnace went south during a cold spell this winter. Scott and Rob from Action did a great job updating our old, poorly placed furnace. It was in the crawlspace (Right?) and through pure skill, they were able to relocate a new, more efficient system to the first floor. No more getting into the crawlpace just to change an air filter! I switched over to Action Heating A/C and Electrical after a bad experience with another Perrysburg plumbing heating and a/c company and I've been very happy with the change. Terry came out today and serviced my air conditioning and heater, gave me a heads-up about what maintenance I was likely to need next, and answered my questions about my HVAC system. Action Electric is the best! James and his team always arrived on time, answered our questions, and gave us options when we wanted to make lighting changes. We had them rewire the house and change out almost every single light. They are also super nice and courteous. Highly recommend!

My "go to" guys for anything HVAC related from service to install/replacement. They're prompt, professional and proficient. With multiple rental properties, I've worked through multiple providers over the years and have finally found the ones that are dependable but also that I trust not to rip me off - to the point I don't even feel I need to accompany them to properties, I just know they'll take care of the matter in a quick, professional manner without overcharging. Personally, trust is the ultimate compliment and I trust these guys 100%!

Buyer beware, stay far away from Terry Williams the owner, he will sell a unit to you then claim he doesn't remember you paid him even if you have receipts, he will call you at 6am in the morning for payment, he will also claim you had another company install the bought unit and won't warranty it, unfortunately he had a stroke last November which is not an excuse.

We had a new AC unit installed last July the owner told us our first AC check up within 12 months was free, I called them a week ago on a Friday to schedule my check up and cleaning and said "this is free right? Since it's within 12 months of install?" The owner said"well it can be since you mentioned it" he stated he would be out Tuesday between 11am-1pm my husband took off work to be here and he never showed up, so we called him and he forgot about us, said how about Saturday?

My husband said sure, well today is Saturday we have been waiting all day and he never showed up or called. Guess he got my $3800 last year and he's done! I would not recommend this guy.

Purchased both my AC and Furnace from them a few years ago. Never had any problems. Continue with my annual maintenance, and systems run great! Referred them to countless family and friends, because it is very difficult to find trustworthy businesses sometimes. They are solid, dependable, and fantastic! Even have used their electrical division for electrical upgrade.

Action Heating went above and beyond for me. When I called because my furnace was no longer working, I received a call-back from Mike very quickly and he was able to come out without much delay to run diagnostics. He was very willing to explain in detail what the issue was with my furnace and the price quoted for the furnace/installation was within the average prices listed on home-repair websites.

The installers Scott and Robert arrived quickly, were pleasant and professional, and did a nice job on the installation. When, a few hours later, I discovered an installation error, due primarily to a mistake on my part, Mike put in an extraordinary effort to find a solution to remedy the situation. He was patient in dealing with my neighbor, who was also affected by this mistake, and even leant me a space heater to help prevent the temperature in my condo from dropping into the 50s at night.

I cannot stress enough how understanding Mike was and how much effort he and his workers put in to ensure a good outcome to a bad situation. I highly recommend working with Action Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical.

This company is a family one-going back over 55 years. It's business is based on superb service and customer satisfaction! I have only ever had top notch service from Michael. Their installers did a fantastic job on our new furnace too! Highly recommend them to both family and friends!

Do not use these guys. Air went out three years in a row for the same part. Have a new company today and the told me that the part action put in is the wrong part. Now more money out of my pocket.

Complete scam artists. Mike came out first fixed it then said we needed to have it replaced. Charges over 3k then terry came out, called later and said it would be another thousand! When I said to email me the quote, never heard from them again. Got a second opinion and was able to have it fixed it 150 dollars with a different company.

Our air conditioner went out during one of the hottest days of the summer. Our appointment was for the following morning and Mike was early, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it quickly and was "out the door" in less than 30 minutes! Love the fact that he was prompt, got to work right away and was honest as to the problem. We will be more than happy to use them again in the future!

They helped me get a warranty replacement on a motor they didn't even install. I was desperate and would have gladly paid for a completely new part. If they tell me I need a new system I will believe it! I am going to use them whenever I need help and recommend anyone else to do the same!
