Alan [ from City Wide ] was very through and persistent in getting to the solution correctly diagnosing the problem and fixing it! Alan ended up saving us over $ 6,000 that another previous local Carrier Heating & Cooling Firm wanted for their diagnosis RECOMMENDING a NEW Carrier Furnace to replace our existing Carrier Furnace. Our existing Furnace IN WHICH THEY had RECENTLY REPLACED its TWO Heat Exchanges which were under Warranty and a NEW Carrier Control Circuit Board for the EXISTING FURNACE that we paid $ 1,180 for [ The NEED for which was diagnosed by THIS PREVIOUS Carrier Dealer ] WHICH DID NOT FIX the EXISTING FURNACE PROBLEM and was an unnecessary EXPENSE and " I " SUSPECT WAS NOT EVEN DEFECTIVE AT ALL ? If you're going through google looking for a repair/install HVAC company, STOP and use this company. You won't be sorry. They fit me in for an AC repair on one of the hottest days of the year. The technician that came out was friendly, attentive, professional and empathetic to my dilemma. Once he repaired the problem, he stayed for a while to make sure everything was working properly. I won't go on about the price, let me just say, I was shocked at how inexpensive the bill was!

Can not say enough good things about City Wide. We were assigned this company through our home warranty and had a great experience with them. This company is top notch! Even though I'm nowhere near their business they have been out several times to fix my unit. They have endless endless amounts of knowledge when it comes to your HVAC system. I will only use citywide moving forward. If you have any issues with your home warranty they will go to bat for you. I've never delt with such a professional well mannered group of individuals in my life.

A returning customer for sure! Something you don't see often is small, family owned businesses like this and I cannot respect that more. Above all else when in a contractor situation is honesty as well. And I got that 100% from Alan's maintenance work recently. We knew our unit was old and assumed it was working properly as it turned on every time and the house stayed warm in the winter, but like anything, regular maintenance is always a good idea. Alan came in, confirmed everything ran smoothly and our unit still had a lot of life in it.

There are obviously advantages he went over to owning newer units. Energy use and efficiency are much better nowadays, but knowing this isn't an issue we need to address now and can plan for later was a huge plus to my wife and I. Too often a contractor will come in and try to sell you now, forcing you to make an immediate and impulsive decision. Knowing I can plan and put other more important projects in front of this means that when we do switch out our furnace and AC unit, City Wide will be getting the call.

I don't even feel the need to shop around. Honesty today may not always get the sale today, but it creates a customer that comes back again and again. And that is what they got from us. Thank you!

Great place and great people. They actually answer the phone. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained every step including the fees before doing any work. Had my AC working again quickly. I would definitely recommend them and I will be calling them again if I have any other issues.

I recently had my 20 year old furnace and AC got out on my double wide. After several quotes I picked Citywide. They were slightly more than the lowest quote but I picked him anyway because the whole system was the same brand Payne "a Carrier brand". I couldn't be happier with the system and techs who installed it. I had a complex install since my original systems AC unit was installed in the incorrect location about 50 feet away from furnace and only 4 inches from the house so it couldn't breathe.

Well the citywide guys took care of all that they relocated the unit and ran new powerdrops for it. They also ran a new 5 wire thermostat wire so I could have the new touch screen wifi thermostat control and a whole home humidifier. It was a very big job that they were able to finish in 2 days even with a couple curve balls thrown at them. One of my vents didnt have good air flow and they fixed it for me.

They did damage some drywall and had to mud and tape it back up. Like I said it was a big job and the got it all done in 2 days leaving my house and yard clean of any mess. The 2 techs were very professional around my family and them seemed genuinely concerned about my family's time and comfort. The own Al even came by after to inspect the work to see if everything met our expectations.

Overall, my wife and I were very impressed and would recommend anyone looking for a reliable and top notch heating and cooling company to give them the opportunity to impress you.
