Johnson mechanical was excellent! They bill for 1 hour minimum. The tech, who was awesome, finished his job in pretty short time. He gave us the rest hour by answering questions and looking at other HVAC issues in our home. He made great recommendations and was super friendly. They gave us our full hour and we couldn't be happier with the service. Johnson mechanical will be our go-to for any future HVAC needs. Thanks again guys. Y'all are great!

Would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable heating and cooling company. Our ac went out last summer and they came the same day to check it out, we decided to have a new central air unit installed and they came the next day and installed it. Great customer service and anytime we have called they get here right away and fix the problem. Very professional, reliable and they do great work.

Called them on the first heat wave of the season, my air-conditioning did not work. They were booked solid but still found time to come out for the repair. Everyone at Johnson Mechanical from the office staff to the technician to the owner were very professional and knowledgeable. James was wonderful. He worked extra hard to quickly and seamlessly install the new heating and cooling system and also improved our HVAC system and airflow. We never imagined The new furnace and air conditioner would be such a huge improvement over the old ones. We couldn't be more happy and would recommend Johnson Mechanical to anyone.

On time, professional, and simply a great group to have in your home when you have a heating repair need in the middle of winter. Diagnosing my initial repair presented a challenge. Instead of wasting time and money, my tech reached out for additional guidance and arrived at a solution that got me up and running in a short time. Moreover, they clearly advised on methods to keep me running in the event the issue repeats itself before the full repair can be quoted and completed. 25 years in the building industry taught me the best contractors are the ones who look out for the customer. My husband and I got a new furnace installed by them and they were very pleasant to work with! We have an outdoor wood stove for heating, and they configured it to work with the stove. They also came out a couple times to tweak the air flow of the furnace. They're very responsive, courteous, and extremely nice! Would 100% recommend this company to anyone!

After firing up my furnace the first time of the year suddenly it stopped working I needed help and I needed help fast. I've gone through this company before so I made a call and they came and they replaced my furnace and my HVAC unit. The HVAC unit was leaking into my furnace which caused the malfunction. The guys that came did a great job and I'm looking forward to working with this company for the rest of my home ownership.
