EDIT I am happy to say our issues have been resolved. I now know that changes have been made and the results are far and above in their customer service and work. When JR learned about our complaints he immediately contacted me to determine how our issues could be resolved. He and D came out quickly, listened to us and determined the unit needed to be replaced. JR and D installed the new unit.

I had my HVAC checked because it wasn't cooling. The tech diagnosed it as a pump failure because it had equalized pressure on both sides of the pump. I had HAHA's from Gladstone come to check it and they were able to show that the pump was working and that the coolant pressure was low. They diagnosed it as a leak and didn't try to sell me a whole new unit. HAHA's used the UV dye but then found that the pump wasn't working. Eric Kjelshus was 100% correct the first time and replacement was required. Great service, high recommend this local business.

Our Furnace stopped working a few hours before the Big Game. I called Eric Kjelshus Energy Heating and Cooling and they were onsite within an hour. They had the heat back on soon after getting here. After replacing a part and servicing the unit, our Furnace now works quieter and better than ever before. This was our second time using them. Top notch service and a reasonably priced. I would recommend to all!

Ask for JR. He he honest, dependable and will do whatever it takes to figure out your problem. I have had some confusion with appointments and the business office- that is why I can't give them 5 stars. But JR is 5 stars for sure!

I called on Monday 10/2/2017 to schedule an audit of some windows that I was having problems with. I told the man who answered the phone (Eric I believe) that I needed a thermal evaluation of some windows done while it was warm and humid and that I would have my window contractor work around his schedule to meet us at my home so he could see exactly where the problem spots were and discuss how to correct them. Eric told me that he had time on 10/3/2017 at 1:00, so I scheduled the appointment, rearranged my schedule, had my contractor rearrange his schedule, so that he could be here as well and he and I met at my house at 1:00.

At 1:15 Eric wasn't here so I called the office, only to find out that Eric was in the city an didn't have his thermal imaging camera with him. The person in the office did offer to reschedule the appointment, but at that point they'd already wasted my contractor's time, as well as mine. I chose them because of their Google rating.not sure how accurate those are at this point.

They knew what the job was and when the appointment was and simply didn't perform. I don't make a practice of leaving negative feedback, and I understand that things happen, but I made this situation really clear to Eric and I guess it just fell through the cracks. Hope you experience with them is better that mine.

Great service. Technician was thorough and explained every task he was doing. Reasonable price.will definitely use them again! Very pleased.

Best experience ever! Very cold today and we had no heat. AB May couldn't get here until next Tuesday. Eric was here within an hour. Fixed us up. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I truly believe in local people. He came from Greenwood and we are highly reccomending this company!

2016 note - Eric stood by his work, when the AC refused to work this spring, and replaced the fan for us, providing a temporary fan while waiting for the correct one to arrive. Still the best! ****Eric and his team (George and Darrin), just completed the installation of a new AC for us, along with the necessary adaptations to our existing furnace system.

Their work is impeccable! Beautiful craftsmanship where adaptations were needed, careful work with removal of the old and installation of the new AC. and to top it off, great job cleaning up too! We haven't used the new AC yet, but are eager to see it, and fully expect a drop in our energy costs as well, because the whole system is far more efficient than the previous one. Both my husband and I highly recommend Eric and Eric Kjelshus Energy. You will be happy you chose them!
