My AC stopped working Tuesday. Our temperatures were upwards to 105*. Deshon called 30 minutes before arrival to check my unit. He then went over what was needed and gave me choices going forward. I chose having my AC and heat pump replaced. Friday morning Zack and A.J. called 20 minutes before arrival. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable.
They completed the work that day and I'm very happy with everything! Please, know this company was recommended to me 20 years ago by my builder. They are dependable and honest. Mary C.

I shopped around for ac service and received several quotes. Everyone was trying to overprice their services! Then I spoke to Air Summit people, it felt like fresh air, extremely extremely reasonable, outstanding Brand Name product, with Immediate service. He is very busy yet he came out on his day off Sonday installed the unit and removed the old one, cleaned after themself.
Test drive the system for proper operations. Then they left. Three days later I had to chase them to pay for services they had provided. This is just perfect old school mannerism. That I love. I highly recommend them. You will thank me later.

Deshon and his team did a fabulous job installing our new furnace and Central air unit. They were able to get our equipment and get it installed quickly. They arrived on time and worked until they had everything installed and running. They cleaned up their mess and hauled everything away so we didn't have to mess with it. They were very professional and explained everything to us.
Their pricing was great and competitive. They did such a great job that we decided to go ahead and have them do our second hearing and ac unit. I appreciate their customer service because you just don't find that type of customer service any more.

I can not say enough good about this company, I reached out to him on a Tuesday, he was out to check my system by 1pm on Wednesday and stated we needed a new system (it was 15+ yrs old). Great reliable service. Reasonable rates. HONEST. What else could you ask for from an HVAC company? When my AC went out, I had tons of options for service repair, I called around to several places and Air Summit had the lowest service call fee, scheduled an appointment soonest, and sent out an experienced tech that was as helpful as could be. Fixed a mistake that the installers made, 10 years ago, and that other big companies (the one with the big pink trucks) had never noticed on multiple occasions. Fixed the whole outdoor unit for the same price as what the big guy was wanting just to clean it. Highly recommend to my friends and family!

Randy has been coming to our home for over 15 years, to fix our air conditioner/furnace. He is always on time and always professional. The prices are reasonable and he always explains what was fixed. I recommend this company to any person who needs repairs and will always use this company for pur families needs. FYI Randy has a soft spot for cookies.

Have had Randy out many times to do routine maintenance on the furnace or AC unit. He has always done a great job and has always had reasonable prices. Locally owned and operated he does it all himself so others reading this should take that into consideration when calling him. I don't trust the large corporate guys so I stick with Randy. If you have a weekend or 24/7 emergency remember to factor in Randy Does Everything himself Alone. Currently he has no backup or others because he wants things done right and the right way.

Jon was AWESOME! We walked in our house after a long day of shopping yesterday to find out heater stopped working. Called Air Summit around 9pm, Jon was here the next morning! He spent more time waiting on our home warranty company than it took for him to diagnose and fix the problem. PLUS, while waiting on us, he was 100% patient and professional.
