Critical: Professionalism An employee of theirs in a company truck tailgated me on Hardy Toll Rd 12/19/2021 around 5:50pm while I was already going 80mph. He then passed me going even faster. He exited for 610 west tailgating ANOTHER car for exiting going the speed limit. If this is a sign of how their company operates. smh.

I was an employee for all of about 2 days before beginning to look for work elsewhere. Great bunch of guys in the field on construction, but absolutely the worst management I've ever experienced in my entire career. Hired me as an HVAC Foreman, had no HVAC jobs and no HVAC crew and ended up firing me for not doing enough The lack of knowledge and professionalism in that place is unimaginable. I wouldn't let them management walking my dog, let alone actual projects. Do yourself a favor and don't apply.run.

Called them out to work on a comercial ice machine. They changed the water filters and said it was fixed. I told him that it was not fixed it works for two housers then quits. He argued with me about it. I asked him if he had ever worked on an arctic temp ice machine before. He said no but he knows ice machines. 2 hours after he leaves ice machine does not work. I had to call another company in to fix it. Then I get a $300 bill for him being here 30 minutes and not even fixing the machine
