Where do I begin? Joy the office manager was amazing. She was diligent, professional, and flexible to work with my schedule. She found a way to get a tech to my home on my schedule. Will, the technician, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the ac unit inside and in the attic. He performed a thorough check of my system and explained every detail. I highly recommend and had a great experience with Coastal Hankia.

Mr Hankla is very professional and knowledgeable. He saved us a lot of money by finding out that the part needed to repair our heater system is still on warranty. His technician did a great job in less than 2 hours. The system working properly in one attempt. I will strongly recommend Coastal A/C and Heat to my family and friends.

We have been a satisfied client of Coastal Hankla A/C & Heat for over 18 years. When we first moved in, our first call was to Will Hankla for a new Trane Heating and A/C system installation. The system was flawless from the Trane equipment to the professional installation by the team. Recently, we had a need for a major repair as the system was approaching end-of-life. Coastal Hankla was able to update the system in a fast, professional manner. The Trane system is again running well and we remain confident that Will Hankla and his team + Trane will stand behind their work! Highly recommended.

Coastal Hankla has serviced our A/C for many years. After many yers of use, our ducts most of of plastic tubing, were old, fragile and developing holes. At our request Coastal Hankla inspected them all, advised us their condition. They recommended we should replace them and that they should redesign the total layout as it was inefficient. We agreed and asked Coastal Hankla to quote on the redesign and replacement.

We accepted their quote. Access to our ducts is difficult however they removed and ten replaced the total new redesigned system in three days. The new duct system design is a huge improvement over the old, and provides us with a quieter system and more even distribution of both cooling and heating. The Coastal Hankla installer was excellent, careful with Covid masking and distancing, mindful of our light carpets, cleaned up all waste and removed ducting and gave us excellent service.

We are delighted with the new installation, how well it works and how quiet it is. This was a great success. We would unhesitating recommend Coastal Hankla for A/C service and installation.

In 2020, after 2 service calls with other HVAC companies and getting expensive estimates for repair and/or new system, it was recommended I call a Trane specialist to solve my AC problem. It was the best advice I had all year. Coastal Hankla came out and spent considerable time talking with us and determining the true problem with the system. The result - the system was back up and running with minimal expense-- hundreds instead of thousands.

In August 2021, after severe rain and intermittent power outages, the AC system went down. On a Sunday evening, Coastal Hankla took the time to call and talk us through what might be the problem. Will and his crew do an amazing job fixing any AC/Heat issues I have had. They are always on time and clearly explain the issue and recommended solution. I pass on their contact info to others all the time needing this service. They are fair priced and a very reputable company. Coastal Hankla came out in July '21 and did their Summer check-up. They are always on time and very professional/knowledgable.

Where do I start? When i had AC problems Coastal Hankla was one of the first I called. I am now an American Home Shield customer. So, you know what that means you have a problem you call them first. Well under this pandemic and this heat they have been slammed. They gave me the authorization to call someone to repair my AC. Who do I call, I call Coastal.

Let me start off by talking about Joy. She was very helpful, caring and very knowledgeable. Then when the tech arrived he was very professional and concerned about my AC. So, now I had to deal with American Home Shield. I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get resolution. Danny the supervisor could not get a hold of AHS, so what i did when i got off of work at 5:30, I called AHS and was on hold for an hour, yes an hour. Danny held my hand until I finally got authorization to get my AC fixed.

Thank you Jesus for Coastal AC not only for there time and effort but for the concern. I highly recommend this company and they will forever be my go to AC folks. I'm a happy camper.

Will Hankla and his team have been providing A/C & Heat services for us for many years and have always done an excellent job. Coastal Hankla AC came to my rescue! I moved into a new home and the AC was broken. If you know Texas heat, it was over 100 degrees outside. They came out the next day and reviewed the situation. Mr. Hankla himself came to inspect my AC. With all of that being said I needed a new unit. They got to work two days later and did a fantastic job! I trust no one else with my AC and heating needs. They are trustworthy and honest. He doesn't do anything that doesn't need to be done just to make more money. I highly recommend them!

Professional company. I reviewed the quote with Will, and he answered all of my questions. Danny Lewis and the team were professional and had good housekeeping practices throughout the replacement. I replaced a 20 year old 4 ton trane unit (AC & Furnace) with a XR16 trane system. I will recommend.
