The Cool Dude Air Conditioning & Heating

I contacted The Cool Dude AC & Heating for a quote because I had been told by another AC company that we needed a new condenser (outside unit). Grace, the technician, was super helpful. She came out that same day to look at the unit. In the end, she was able to repair it and saved us a major expense. She took her time and was kind enough to see if the new part she installed would work for a few days before charging us. Really great customer service!

Grace was Great! She found the problem we thought possibly could be the issue making the unit stall on occasion but the other supposedly top-notch group that came out did nothing but bump the thermostat that made it come on; they did no other troubleshooting on the unit saying it was obsolete and if there was a leak they couldn't even buy Freon for it but still charged me a fee.

I asked them could you at least clean the drain for the fee and said they would when I decided to use them to replace unit. Grace was thorough with her checks saying there were no leaks and Freon level is right where it needed to be. She did some extra stuff to ensure the unit continues it's longevity as long as possible and gave us hints on maintenance and keeping rooms cool. She even replaced my intake filter without asking or charging. We will definitely use Cool Dude AC and Heating in the future.

I have had Cool Dude replace a 3 ton ac unit as well as repair a 2 ton unit. I have found that they are very honest and ethical in all aspects of their business. You cannot find a better service provider for all your AC and heating needs. Perfect! Service was excellent, he was punctual but best of all responsive, honest and to the point. I already had an idea of how much it may cost if the issue was what he had thought of before he even got to the house. I called and within 45 minutes he was at my home and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Clay is an outstanding person, fair, honest and gets the job done, quickly. He will not upsell you if not needed. Monica was my initial contact with this company, and I cannot say enough good things about her. I was certain my house was going to burn down as it smelled just awful. She was so caring, and immediately put me at ease. She contacted Clay, he called me right back, and they had someone come over that very day to take a look at my unit. My unit was very old, and the motor had burned out. Clay gave me several options, and there was no pressure whatsoever.

I chose to replace my antique unit with a new heat pump, and I couldn't be happier.
